  1. Miami seems much better at home than they are on the road. Unfortunately, it seems there will be rain, wet fields and a high amount of Bills fans in attendance. This seems more like a neutral site game then true home field for the Dolphins. This game I believe it is IMPERATIVE that Fournette is activated. With the weather, Josh's shoulder/finger injuries and Miami missing several key defensive players...as unpopular as this will be....the path to win this game is on the ground. Boring ball control, play good defense. Limit the Dolphins offensive possessions. Win in the trenches. It doesn't have to be pretty. And it won't be. Just get the win. Bills-23 Dolphins-16
  2. Well, I think that may depend on his health and how he bounces back (or doesn't). Douglas should be the CB1 next year. Benford is likely the CB2. But if White looks good, could they try and move Benford to safety to cover losing either Hyde or Poyer or both? Does a healthy Elam finally factor in? Before we simply say "No, Benford won't be moved" or "No, Elam is a total bust" we have to acknowledge that we truly don't know. I have my own hunches, but whatever they decide I believe McDermott has earned the benefit of the doubt when it will come to reshuffling the DB room. In any event I think having too many CBs who can play in the system is a good problem to have.
  3. This has been about the wackiest NFL season I can remember. Not just for the Bills but NFL wide. The amount of injury to top players. Bad officiating. It could finish just as odd with some oddball Super Bowl match like Indy and the Rams. I think if Buffalo get in at the 2 seed they have a real good chance. It going to come down to 3 things for me. 1. Allen's health. The shoulder has taken a lot of wear and tear this year. What's he got left? The new injury to the finger is also a potential issue depending on how bad it is. Not only plays into how the ball comes off his hand when passing, but also grip on the ball especially in colder weather. 2. Team health. Can't afford to lose any more key players. 3. Officiating. Shouldn't factor in like this, but sadly it's a real issue. And not just in our games, but the other games as well. Imagine Cleveland playing in Baltimore in the Divisional round and having them beat...only for the refs to interject with a bad call and now instead of HOSTING Cleveland, we are traveling to Baltimore for the AFCCG. Big difference in fortune.
  4. I think it's Tre White's last year in Buffalo...at that salary. Now they could outright release him but I have a feeling that they will offer him a straight up pay cut before go that route. Of course, it's his call as to if he would agree to it, but it may be in his best interest.
  5. Best season Miami has had in a long time Biggest home game for Miami in 20 years. And still can't get their own fans to fill the place. Hysterical.
  6. I get that lol! I still don't like the smug bastard, but I respect his ability to coach a team up. Really, if you gave me a choice of any NFL HC to have their team ready to play week 18 spoiler and knock a division rival out or down I'd take either Dan Campbell (who did it last year vs Green Bay) or Vrabel. He cherishes this chance
  7. Honestly, the Jags haven't been playing well lately (not counting the XFL team they played last week from Carolina). And to me, this just SCREAMS of a Mike Vrabel led scrappy game out of the Titans. I can absolutely see them rolling the Jags.
  8. Ed Oliver....3rd alternate?!?!?!? That's.... something
  9. It's a pointless tradition that should be laid to rest. People get voted for...reasons. Then most of them decline. Then you take out anyone on either Super Bowl team. And you're left with Mac Jones, Tyler Huntley and Rodger Saffold in various skills competitions because no one (rightly) wants to risk millions by getting hurt in a pointless game. Just wait, You'll see the "Exciting throw off between Kenny Pickett and Sam Howell".
  10. I said CAN. You use ABSOLUTELY. You're already wrong. Nothing is absolute especially in the NFL. You have Mason Rudolph vs Tyler Huntley. That's the QB matchup. You willing to throw an absolute on Mason Rudolph's shoulders? If so DM me...Id like to place a wager. Can't find it at the moment, however Pickett said yesterday he's going to be the #2 this week. Sounds like they are running with Rudolph.
  11. Ravens backups can still beat Pittsburgh. Sooner or later Mason Rudolph is going to play like Masin Rudolph. Christmas is over, time for Rudy to head back to the barn.
  12. Everyone is out and safe. Hill has made it home. That being said...Hill is still rocking the boot for his ankle.
  13. While it's true the TDs and depth of reception are not flashy, the dude just set the team record for receptions by anyone in their rookie season. He's been a reliable target that gets extra yards and helps move the chains. He's been fine. You are also comparing him with guys that (aside from LaPorta) have been in the league and are at or near the top of the league at their position. We don't run the same wide open concepts that teams like Detroit run, and he's not the #1 target like in KC. I'm more anxious to see him next season after a full off season of strength and conditioning at the NFL level.
  14. On paper, that tracks. Lamar has to prove he can show up in the playoffs before I believe in the Ravens.
  15. Buy, Sell Hold... Buy: The Buffalo Bills as AFCE Champs. 4 weeks ago at 6-6 it looked to be a longshot at best. Well, how the turntables... Sell: Baltimore Ravens. They are playing as hot as any team I've ever seen entering they playoffs in a long time. Playing with some FIRE. I think having 2 weeks off is going to dampen that and they come crashing back to Earth. They are either going to be AFC Champs or 1 and done IMO. I'm betting 1 and done. Hold: Bills vs 49ers Super Bowl. We've been waiting for the Berman Bowl for over three decades. This year, if the Bills get their groove in the passing game there's a real path to it.
  16. Should be his 2nd with the Bills but he got passed over for 🗑️ Ramsey. Congratulations to SUL...awesome trade!
  17. Ahh, the game that 725,000 Buffalo Bills fans attended. And NONE left early.
  18. Neither one are particularly shining examples of the human existence. Both very hypocritical. Wouldn't shock me if they both are on any client list that comes out.
  19. They can push the decision down the road a year by letting him play out his 5th year option next year and then slapping the franchise tag on him the following year. I'd even use the same non exclusive tag that the Ravens put on Lamar. Pretty safe as I don't see anyone giving up 2 firsts and a huge contract for Tua and it lets him see what his value is around the league. While I don't think he's a "$50 million dollar QB" I do believe his worth is much higher to the Dolphins in that system than he would be to any other team.
  20. Ironically, it was likely the 0-4 start the Bengals had that cost them this year. They kept pushing an obviously ineffective Burrow out there because they didn't believe Browning could do it. They're 4-2 in Browning's starts.
