  1. I'll have a big ol pot of spaghetti sauce on the stove. Meatballs, Italian sausage and beef tips cooking in it. Some nice Italian bread on the side.
  2. Make everyone a captain. Except Bass. Everyone gets a turn stuffing him in a locker.
  3. I'm not sure about this. Jackson is probably a better duel threat. His running is off the charts and he's come a long way as a passer. Got to give him credit for that. The guy is phenomenal. But he doesn't play the QB position as well as Allen and Josh isn't a slouch when it comes to running the ball either. Allen/Jackson is a "push" in my view. The big difference here is that Allen has to face the Ravens defense. Jackson gets to face ours. The King has been probably the best RB of his generation. But Cook is a top 5-8 back and is still improving. Henry has without a doubt been the better back...but he is 31 and has absorbed a lot of punishment in his career. He can only stiff arm Father Time for so long. Henry HAS been the better back in the past but will he still be in the year 2025? Remains to be seen.
  4. I think if he stays healthy he's going to be impressive. One thing he does really well that blends with Josh, is the way he gets open when the play breaks down. He's a great "street ball" WR. I think he's going to be HUGE in those type plays. If he plays in all 17 games he would only need to average just under 59 yards a game for 1,000 yards. That's definitely possible. I'll say he ends up over that threshold.
  5. This is someone I would definitely kick the tires on. Good amount of experience and would fit the D. Would definitely upgrade the quality of the depth. Has played on STs as well.
  6. Ok. Fair warning I have a great trial lawyer.
  7. That would be true now, yes. Earlier in the week when I wrote it...no.
  8. Things like that happen pretty often here. Typically, during prime time games I like to be on the boards of whoever is playing. Kinda monitor what their fans think in real time. Last year more often then not the thread here would have more pages than the sites for the teams actually playing. Don't know if that's a good thing (we are active! Yay!) or a bad thing (there's nothing better to do, we have no lives)....but it's A thing lol
  9. You just know he's gonna end up in Cleveland.
  10. You may wanna grab a new kicker.
  11. Thanks for the idea!
  12. Yeah I think a standing red Buffalo is too plain and boring. Sue me. Standing Buffalo look is big on history...small on visual appeal.
  13. Oh no!!! It's different!!! We must complain!!! Seriously, I kinda like them for a game or two a year. The Buffalo on the sleeve looks cool. I think they are rather crisp and fresh looking. Can also be looked at as a nod to our original color scheme. MUCH better than the standing Buffalo on the helmet. Down vote as needed.
  14. I don't think his numbers will flash being a DT, but high hopes for TJ Sanders. I think he is going to be a stud in the middle for us. I still think once he comes back from injury Mad Max makes some really big plays for us late in the season and in the playoffs. I too was hyped on Landon Jackson, now I'm left wondering if he even gets a jersey on game day if there aren't injuries.
  15. Lands on his feet in one of the weakest WR rooms in the NFL. Good for him.
  16. Same. I think he is on the PS (if no one offers him a spot on their 53) before Davidson. While his last preseason game was fine Davidson had a BRUTAL first 2 games.
  17. He looked cooked 2 years ago. He was definitely cooked last year. The pro here is that he brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the room. If he's more in the role of experience in the room I'm ok with it. If he sees the field we are in trouble.
  18. So you're saying we are building a bully?
  19. I'll give him credit. He made quite a few big plays for the Saints last year. He can play but is a one trick pony.
  20. Honestly I think his ST chops get him a jersey on game day. If all WRs are healthy it's Moore I question being active on game day.
  21. I'm surprised Beane didn't pull off a trade moving some of our OL depth.
  22. Tony Jefferson, S cut by Chargers. Guy is a vet with success in this league. Miles ahead of Rapp or Hamlin. Good mentor for Bishop.
  23. When we traded for him, Rasul Douglas did. He's a vet that has been around for a while and played on different defenses. I think he would be fine. But even playing devil's advocate, even if it took him an extra couple of weeks, having him in the pipeline ready to roll week 3-4 is better than what we have now.
  24. He's better than what we have....
