  1. I'm day to day with elevated blood pressure.
  2. At least that early in the game I could chalk it up to them wanting to try a few different things to see what works against that defense. By the time of the game that the Ravens did that...they knew what would work. Smash DH at the defense and have Lamar keep it to stop the Bills from selling out to stop DH. The Ravens tried to be cute
  3. I think he is more a plus starter with the ability to make a difference over certain stretches of the game. We saw it in his limited preseason snaps as well as last night. He will play above average a lot but then take over a possession or two a game and stop a drive. I would take that production. Can't wait to see him play a statue of a QB like Tua.
  4. You are certainly selective when it comes to weenies....
  5. Even still. $7 for a hot dog is outlandish.
  6. I will say the Ravens did just as much to lose it as the Bills did to win it. For instance, the last time they had the ball. What was that play calling? All they needed was a 1st down to basically ice the game. They hand off to Henry for a short gain. Ok. Then they go with a jet sweep to Flowers followed by a pass short of the sticks. If they run their read option three straight times they likely pick up a first. They did everything they could to give the Bills an opportunity...and the Bills capitalized.
  7. Kincaid is a big slot. I don't disagree with that. Though, I do want to point out he had a few really nice blocks last night. One of which he literally drove his guy out of bounds. His blocking has really improved.
  8. Are we pretending Chris Collinsworth, his son that's on the broadcast, Nick Sirianni and Travis Kelce don't exist?
  9. I'm right there with you on Rapp. I think people overlook what a terrible starter he is because they focused on Hamlin and now Bishop. He was a liability for the most part last year too.
  10. How about : "The one where Josh Teabagged the entire Raven franchise and the city of Baltimore, shattering the mouthy Ravens attempt at some hokey 'revenge' in a regular season game after Buffalo knocked them out of the playoffs the year before. " It'll fit on a T-shirt.
  11. What if I told you stats don't always tell the story? Again, I'm not making a case that Lamar is better/worse/the same. But we don't have to tear down Lamar to elevate Josh. Both are fantastic players.
  12. Also quit on a few plays including one that was nearly intercepted. Was not impressed overall.
  13. Jackson didn't lose to Allen. He lost to the Buffalo Bills. As a matter of fact, HE didn't lose, the Baltimore Ravens did. Wins/Losses are not a QB stat and those two were never on the field at the same time going head to head.
  14. Instead of game balls, I'm giving steak dinners. First knock the obvious ones out of the way: Allen Oliver Prater Coleman Then the ones I feel deserve some love. Maybe they get a smaller steak with a side of shrimp. Bosa The OL The TE Room Cook Sitting at the kiddie table having chicken tenders and Mac and cheese: Bishop Rapp Palmer Davis
  15. So how many days til they officially announce Josh Allen as week 1 Offensive Player of the Week?
  16. One of my favorites. He was a menace. And playing him next to Kelso, who looked like a 12 year old choir boy was quite the contrast...lol
  17. That's not really a QB stat, tho. That's more on the whole team and especially the coaches. Sure he has a share of that...but typically when teams are up double digits in the 4th quarter they move to a more run based offense. And especially the Ravens who are run first typically.
  18. I mean at this point Leonard Smith is a better option and he's like 65 years old.
  19. Matt-O-Matic was fantastic. And much better for my blood pressure then seeing those Bass screwballs he kicks.
  20. Yeah, Bengals don't scare me at all. Not with their defense. Sure a Bills/Bengals final score may resemble an NBA game...but I don't think they beat us these days.
  21. Definitely his most noticeable game I can remember. He made a ton of huge plays today.
  22. In fairness, Lamar did all he could do to win. He didn't fail the team. DH's fumble and the horrible play calling on their last possession did I gotta give it up for Lamar. Guy was very good tonight too. Both running and passing. He's come a very long way in his career. I gotta give him credit for that.
  23. Anyone else gonna be awake for a while?
  24. That has to be absolutely crushing for Baltimore after all their "revenge" talk. Hahahaha...GOOD!
  25. I LOVE YOU JOSH ALLENNNN!!!! WHAT A HOME OPENER!!!! WHAT A COMEBACK!!! WHAT A DRIVE!!! MVP!!!! MVP!!!!! MVP!!!!!!!
