  1. Those guys have agents. Mel Kiper (and likely others) have pockets that can be lined.
  2. He's not running 40 at pro day.
  3. Just a suggestion of course, but it's a good day to go be a Rams fan. Roster is so stacked Jeff Fisher could go 9-7 with it. http://ramsrule.com/herd/index.php
  4. I think people should be held accountable for this type stuff. I'd say if the Bills draft Mayfield or Jackson you really should leave...and if you don't the mods should assist.
  5. No, but not necessarily because of AJ. This is a roster that IMO overachieved a tad last year, then got weaker in the off-season. We have no LBs outside possibly Milano right now. We have a healing KB and not much else at WR. Any QB we start this season will have limited experience in NFL games. Now, we could still sign some post draft cuts, hit well in the draft and find some players that are upgrades, but as of right now there is no way I'd see this roster make a playoff run. So does Tim Tebow.
  6. Agree. His negatives are almost the same as Josh Allen, yet Allen has an amazing upside and Jackson should "play WR". Of course one has an agent that has the publicity wheel spinning in his favor and one doesn't. I think they have about the same ceiling and Jackson is a much superior all around athlete. Winning cures all. Had we drafted Watson last year and he flashed the way he did and got us to a playoff game, would the anti Tyrod crowd still hate Watson?
  7. So, the big takeaways here are Mead dreams of big men and eats nuts. Not that they are related. Or that there is anything wrong if they are.
  8. Man, Geno keep getting opportunity and the guy who kneels doesn't. Obvious racis...uh..oh right.
  9. Difference there was RGIII was severely mismanaged. What didn't do him good was Shannahan.
  10. If he starts day 1 I can easily see your point. Give him a couple years with the time to pack on some muscle in an NFL weight room and I can see him doing well.
  11. Says you. Unless your crystal ball is on point you have no way of knowing how anyone will develop. Getting a top QB prospect this year and a host of other picks to help rebuild what's in place would be the best move he can make imo. Trading Beckham leaves a huge hole. With FA all but done they have to try and draft a replacement. Shepherd isn't really a huge threat at this point and Marshall is 79 years old. Jackson can sit and learn from Eli for 1-3 years.Would be a good spot for his development imo.
  12. Unless the do something like, trade out of 2 with us. Take 12, 22 plus extras and look for Jackson/Rudolph. They could use 12 on Jackson and still end up with 2 first rounders for solid players.
  13. User name checks out. Obviously I was referring draft pick spots.
  14. Baker at 6-10ish and a LB at 22 is best for business.
  15. I will see your Kolb/Leinart and raise you Brian Brohm and Vince Young. With Levi Brown waving from behind them.
  16. Ridiculous if the list does not include Gibran Hamden..
  17. Very nice thread. I just hope Beane gets the guy he wants at a price that is sensible.
  18. Pegula is not good at poker methinks. Like when he's answering about moving up and nodding his head yes at the same time. That's what you call a tell. More you argue more it goes to the top of the page. Best way to kill it is stop responding.
  19. Creative? Ok Hughes, 22 and 65 to the Giants for Beckham and a 4th/5th. Package Beckham, 12, and our 2 2nds to Cleveland for pick #1 and Josh Gordon.
  20. My preferred method is to send a 5th to Sea for Wilson. Not sure if that will happen. If that falls through, I think I would rather see how the draft plays out and try the 6-10 range of we can still get the guy we want there
  21. Should work that was as in a real draft. Or just set up a pole and we can vote if he gets Mason Rudolph or Mason Rudolph.
  22. Yup. That's why I actually said it was my opinion.
  23. That's obviously your opinion and you are completely entitled to it. Draft night will prove you wrong in my opinion, but we shall see.
