Jets offense looked good against the Steelers defense too Yeah, with how good Maye is playing and how soft their schedule is, it's getting harder and harder to think they don't end up winning the division. Hate the Pats but they are playing with a LOT of confidence. -

Wow. CJ Stroud just got knocked back to when he thought he was an elite QB. -
Peyton Manning joins Josh Allen to help Buffalo break curse

Mannings best WR was Marvin Harrison -> Manning's sons favorite player is Josh Allen -> Marvin Harrison Jr plays for the Cards -> Cards are trash-> MARVIN HARRISON JR to the Bills- 48 replies

I go with Titans and Texans right now. Those are teams competing with KC for the division, sure. But they are also in competition for wild card spots, which if the season ended today is where our chances would lay. There always seems to be one team each year that catches all these kinds of breaks. -
11/2/25 GAMEDAY Bills vs Chiefs 4:30pm Gameday Thread
BuffaloBillyG replied to Chandler#81's topic in The Stadium Wall
This is the smartest post of the day hands down. EVERY flag on us will be a massive conspiracy theory. Every possession will be knee jerk overreactions. And God forbid if Taylor Swift shows up on screen. The crying from grown men will be otherworldly over the top. And ALL the Debbie Downers will be out in full force today. We really should just name the game day thread the Mos Eisly Cantina today. And you can look forward to, at the lowest point for us, one of or both of those two resident Chief fans that always post here to step in and do their passive aggressive rubbing salt in the wound routine. -

11/2/25 GAMEDAY Bills vs Chiefs 4:30pm Gameday Thread
BuffaloBillyG replied to Chandler#81's topic in The Stadium Wall
I don't agree with it, but I get it. Right now the Bills come in playing some of the worst ball I've seen in the McDermott era. Sluggish pass game. A lot of penalties. And yes, we won big last week, but it was against a Panther team missing their starting QB and a good chunk of their OL. Meanwhile, the Chiefs started slow. They got their weapons back and have looked deadly again. So I get the idea that they are surging while we are struggling. But I don't think it plays out that way today. I see a Chiefs team due for a letdown game, traveling and coming off a short week. I see a Bills team that got some mojo back last week and will be revved up at home playing their biggest rival. You can melt it down. Chocolate flavoring helps get it down. -

I suggest slipping a shot of NyQuil and a healthy dose of Ex-Lax in. Then the real game begins. *Note: I do not in fact encourage said behavior. -

I've always had the train of thought that the most important goal is the next goal. #1 seed would ultimately be great. But right now we need to win to keep pace with the Patriots. Can't get to the #1 seed if you don't win your division first. Ultimately the way things sit going into this week, we need this game to have the tiebreaker with the Chiefs for Wild Card seeding as neither us or the Chiefs lead our respective division. Who would have thought that would be the case at the beginning bof the year? Now through the course of the season, circumstances may change. But as of right now, this game has more implications for who makes the Wild Card than it does the #1 seed. -
Game week thread - Chiefs at Bills (Video preview on pg. 19)
BuffaloBillyG replied to BillsFan619's topic in The Stadium Wall
Let em try I guess. I personally think if the Chiefs commit too much to stop Cook and the run they are fighting a losing battle. Our OL is great at run blocking. Throw Hawes out there. Gilliam did great blocking last week too. Line up, smack em in the mouth and move the ball. I want Cook at 25 carries today. Control the ball. All those great Chief WRs can't do damage on the bench. -
I don't think anything but his pride got injured, but one of my favorites is when Dan Carpenter was our kicker and he slammed his helmet down in frustration and the helmet bounced and smacked him in the face.

I see a lot of Cover 2 shell today. Limit the big play, give up underneath. Juju is gonna have a good day against us. -
Plausible X/#1 receiver trade candidates — are there any?
BuffaloBillyG replied to dave mcbride's topic in The Stadium Wall
Pay it. Throw in a 5th if you have to. Ridley is damaged goods this year. He will miss his third straight game with a soft tissue injury. Those tend to linger as the year goes on. -
ESPN comments on Bills-Chiefs game
BuffaloBillyG replied to Desert Bills Fan's topic in The Stadium Wall
Agree. I do think over the last month or so they have played better than us. However, I'm hoping seeing the Chiefs will elevate their game. The glass half full outlook is that the Bills have seemed to play to the level of their opponents this year. Hopefully that continues and they elevate their game. If we eliminate the stupid presnap penalties and execute well we can win this game. And I believe we will. -
Plausible X/#1 receiver trade candidates — are there any?
BuffaloBillyG replied to dave mcbride's topic in The Stadium Wall
This. Even if the didn't want Olave, they would have called. Two reasons. One, Beane has said himself, there are guys pretty much assigned to other teams that have frequent conversations. They use guys that have ties to other guys on other teams. This could be scout to scout, Assistant GM to scout but is way less frequently GM to GM. Second, if the Bills are in the WR market, Beane likes to call on everyone to find what the market should be. It's like when you buy a house. You may go look at a house you aren't as interested in to see what the comps in the area are. -
Hey I know a team that could use a top 10 DT when healthy. The Bills.
-
This is an excellent opportunity for the Dolphins to right the ship. Get a great football mind in the GM spot. Bring in quality coaches who will bring in great players that fit the system they put in place. But, Ross still owns the team. This will be just another case of them rearranging deck chairs on the Titanic. Ross is the ice berg.

What’s going on with practices/warmups
BuffaloBillyG replied to WIDE LEFT's topic in The Stadium Wall
As Egg points out. These injuries aren't exclusive to the Bills. This is something that is happe league wide and has for a couple seasons. As Cheese points out. The game may be "safer" from what is allowed on the field. But these are people that are freaks of nature. The size/speen on an NFL field these days is a deadly combination. Bodies can only handle so much. There are also a lot of cases that players are given the injury tag on a Wednesday that got injured the games before. You see guys go down and get hurt, then finish the game. Be it with medical assistance (pain killers) or adrenaline... sometimes the injury isn't felt and discovered until a few days later. Like with Pacheco this week. -
There's where we disagree. Rapp was awful last year.
-
Let's be real here. It doesn't matter how the refs call it. People are already conditioned to disagree and cry about it. Weak mentality.
-
Avoid today, pay tomorrow. In 2023 he was a good backup. That I agree with. Actually, what had more to do with it is he's not as talented as people like to remember. He was by and large a boarder line starter last year as well. But people were more focused on crucifying Hamlin to notice. PFF (yes, taken with a grain of salt) actually had Hamlin rated higher than Rapp last year
