  1. If there is one thing we can all agree on is scrëw the Jags. And...Wycheck is a marked man in Buffalo.
  2. I've said all along I wasn't sold on this coaching staff being able to teach Allen. Not only is McD defensive minded but: Daboll has zero experience grooming a young QB Culley hadn't been a QB coach since the 80s. And hey, special bonus Allen gets to play behind a Juan Castillo line. I do like McD and think he can be a heck of a good coach, just not sold that he's going to be the guy to get the most out of Josh Allen.
  3. This thread is starting to look eerily familiar to another weekly one that pops up...?
  4. I bet Shady is calling him a few other adjectives this week....
  5. The Bills have been bad for many years despite new owners, GMs, coaches and players. The only constant here is you, sir. Perhaps you are a jinx?
  6. As a rookie, Mahomes got to watch a solid QB with tons of experience, learn from him. He also has Andy Reid and oh...yea had Matt Nagy to help him. He has has over a year to learn the system and an entire off season to work with an amazing supporting cast of TALENTED NFL caliber weapons. Allen saw little first team reps, has Nathan Peterman to look up to, McD a defense coach...with Daboll and Culley (mostly a WR coach in his career) to help him. Has a complete cast of rejects to throw to and hey...as a bonus he gets to play behind an oline coached by Juan Castillo. After typing that I'm kind of shocked it wasn't Allen that retired at the half.
  7. Good call. Though they do like to make cuts from left field. Wondering if Gaines is Gones
  8. So, whose roster spot does he take? Ike?
  9. Each team get to pick 1 player off the opposing team to compete in greased up Greco-Roman wrestling. First to 3 falls wins. Losers banished to the CFL.
  10. However much Hauschka and Bojo make...they are both exceeding their contracts. Poyer is value. Milano. Dawkins compared to typical LT money is value. White on a rookie deal is cheap for how good he is as well.
  11. Titans 23-13 Daboll watch officially begins....
  12. Agree, but man the user name with that comment made me chuckle??
  13. Quick passes, screens, slants. 3 steps and ball comes out type throws. Get the running game going. Use playaction off that. Pick spots for a deep ball. Biggest thing to do is what McD said. Take what you are given. Brady and the Pats are boring to watch, but that's the bread and butter of their run. Also, let Allen run the ball. Use his ability. MAKE the defense put a spy on him to take 1 body out of the pass rush.
  14. She a starting TE for sure...and likely just as reliable with her hands as Clay or Croom.
  15. In 21 games we have been blown out 6 times and have 1 playoff appearance.
  16. There is no doubt in my mind that Beane can find a sucker...uh...team to give up even a 5th or 6th for Benjamin. He has 2 good years, size and other teams can say "Yea, Buffalo doesnt know how to use WRs." Someone would take a chance on him. McCoy in my opinion is a guy that teams may look at as a 1 or 2 year rental himself. Philly was rumored to be sniffing around for a Bell trade, but they had intrest in bringing Shady back last year. I can see them inquiring again this year.
  17. It's odd how outcome dictates people's outlook. Vrabel is coach of the decade today and Reich is a laughingstock. Made essentially the same decision.
  18. Through their first 3 NFL starts, Josh Allen has almost the same stat line as Jared Goff had. Couple different way to look at it. For starters, with the way the Rams revamped their WR ranks last year and the Baltimore Ravens restocked this year it shows that you can surround a young QB with playmakers in 1 off season. I'm hoping this is the plan going forward for Beane. Second, Josh Allen was looked at as (aside from Jackson) the QB in the draft that needed rhe most work. So what do we do? We hand a raw rookie QB to a defensive minded HC, an OC that has had zero success in the NFL and a QB coach that has spent the majority of his career coaching WRs. Then we compound that by having zero experienced QBs on the roster. Rosen has credited Bradford in helping get him ready. Darnold has been vocal about McCown helping him. Allen has Nate Peterman as a sounding board. Right now, Allen is set up to fail despite his raw physical skills. If you draft a QB that needs work you need to surround him with people qualified to get the most out of him.
  19. I wanna kiss her....
  20. I think if we would have won this game, Beane makes a move for a WR. Much like last year where he realized we were, winning games, could make a run and traded, for KB. Just my opinion, but I'd say Beane and McD have to feel like, already 1-3, new guys would take a bit to get up to speed. Might as well save the money.
  21. It was just you hoping too much...,
