Of all the Bills that have ever been, you dream about Bishop? Gibran Hamdan silently weeps.

Wait - The Falcons Were Coming Off Their Bye
BuffaloBillyG replied to HardyBoy's topic in The Stadium Wall
On the first play we forced and recovered a fumble. Unfortunately, Groot lined up Offside. That set the tone right there. -
Nope. What's gonna happen is Taylor and Jessica will end up divorcing. As will Josh and Hailee. Josh will, after retirement, come back to town to be the Legend of the Game. It will be around Christmas. And Josh will marry Jessica and become owner of the Bills. They will make (another Bills related) Hallmark movie about it. Hailee will portray Jessica.

My view on the Bills Defensive Problems
BuffaloBillyG replied to Cheektavegas Charlie's topic in The Stadium Wall
Yeah, for how much hate he got here (some of it justified) he really was a key component in the middle. It's unfortunate that Chicago gave him such a huge contract and we lost him. -
two Player that can really change the Bills

He's missed: 3 games, 8 games, 2 games, 6 games (so far) in his 4 seasons. That almost a 5 game a season average. We already get that from Samuel. -
My view on the Bills Defensive Problems
BuffaloBillyG replied to Cheektavegas Charlie's topic in The Stadium Wall
We can point to scheme all we want. However this defensive scheme and mentality has been successful in the past and is still used by and successfully ran by other teams. It always comes back to lack of talent. We just don't have the horses to drive this style of play any longer. When we ran this defense with prime Milano, Taron, Poyer, Hyde, Tre and they were all in their prime it got results. All 5 of those guys were key components that are now often injured, less effective, broken down, retired and washed respectively. Beane has done a mediocre job replacing talent with talent. It seems to my eye, Everytime we have lost a player on defense we replaced them with a guy that's not quite as good. It's going from Poyer and Hyde to Hamlin/Bishop and Rapp. Guys that are good depth that they insist on starting. We have no speed, no one with any ball hawk skills in the secondary. Our small linebackers get swept away in the rush. There are no guys in that defense that we can rely on to make a big game altering play in a big spot. And that's what we lack the most. Actual playmakers on defense. We have plenty of "steady Eddies". Guys that can be part of doing their 1/11th. But no one that can elevate in key moments. That's what Von was supposed to be. That's what I was hoping to see out of Bosa. -

Ah the old "teams around the NFL are lining up to send their best players to Buffalo" routine.- 78 replies

Will McD ever have a coaching tree?
BuffaloBillyG replied to Mikie2times's topic in The Stadium Wall
I think a fun game would be to trace the coaches lineage back and find out how they are all related career wise to Doug Marrone. Six Degrees of Doug Marrone. -
Week 8, Bills v. Panthers, PREDICT THE SCORE!
BuffaloBillyG replied to Freddie's Dead's topic in The Stadium Wall
Bills 30 Panthers 27 OVERTIME GAME! -
This one places his timeline as "8 weeks or fewer". However, unless he suddenly gets Wolverine level healing powers, he won't be playing against us.

Pro Bowl Games moved to Super Bowl Week
BuffaloBillyG replied to ryguy101's topic in The Stadium Wall
I kinda like the skills challenge leading up to the "game". I think they should do it where they do the skill challenge but it has to be at a position they don't play. Like Dawkins doing the QB challenge. -
Yeah, I don't know what I'm thinking trying to be rational. This is a fan base that still curls up and tinkles their trousers everytime they hear wide right

Hot take. People really need to get over that game. Talk to a counselor or something, IDK. It's been years. Even the guys who actually played in the game are over it. Even if we won, we probably lose to the Bengals the following week.

Plausible X/#1 receiver trade candidates — are there any?
BuffaloBillyG replied to dave mcbride's topic in The Stadium Wall
Is that outlawed? Allen is magnificent. He does a lot of things extremely well. Accurate throws on go routes just has never been one of them. -
Wide Receiver Train Full Speed Ahead- CHOO CHOO!
BuffaloBillyG replied to Pete's topic in The Stadium Wall
Falcons release him a week after sending him home on a "personal matter". He does double as a returner. And has ties to Buffalo. Not saying I would, because I wouldn't....but Beane does like bringing home low cost guys he knows -
Yeah I was expecting something today. But it's still early and sometimes Beane after dark is a thing. The only other time I'll be expecting some kind of move is in trade deadline day. Let's see what happens. I have a bad feeling the next presser from Beane we see will include the words "Well, we were tight up against the cap so...."

The Miami Dolphins are falling apart

Bro, and I mean this in the best possible way. I have no idea what you're talking about. Did you mean to quote someone else? What you replied has nothing to do with anything I said. -

I mean, last year we had MVS. Same type deep ball guy. In fact, when Shaheed went down to injury last year, the Saints brought MVS in to replace him. And he made some huge plays. The reason he was a FA at the time? He was cut from the Bills to make room for Cooper and he was expendable because Josh could never hit him on any of the big plays. Shaheed is a really good player. But he's not what this offense, this QB or this OC know how to take advantage of. -
The Miami Dolphins are falling apart
BuffaloBillyG replied to Roundybout's topic in The Stadium Wall
My question is...based off what, exactly? He took Shannahan's system, got some really fast guys, matched them with a noodle armed QB and had some success initially. Then when teams figured him out he's been unable to adapt and evolve on his own. Dolphin fans that watch him week in and week out are disgusted by his play calling. He abandons the run for huge chunks of the season. He's shown absolutely zero ability to create on his own. He lacks awareness. He's not a good offensive mind in any way shape or form IMO. It really stinks when the 2 worst teams in football are in your division and you know it's an extreme longshot they would off load any players of value to us without a significant overpay. -

Yeah but these are teams that don't know what to do with them.
