He was at my house being a good friend. See, been having some problems with an ex girlfriend and...wait....just noticed he left his gloves here. I think they are his. Look a tad small. Gotta run lads...

Then I will be frosty about Cooper, Hooper and Barnett as free agents. Seriously though, it's odd that the narrative has to be pushed year in and year out that "no one will play in Buffalo" when it didn't seem that way last off season. Those may be 3 very big names in FA class this year...but Beane doesn't care what their name is. He will find guys that fit what we do, who we are as a team, community and build the right way...through the draft.

It's almost comical that at the biggest stage of their lives, player after player chooses to use the opportunity to blast former teams. It's never a "Just didn't work out there. Made a few friends though, had some good times but I'm where I need to be now". There's always a saga. A backstory. Even funnier is the 2 players trying to stick it to Buffalo this week a bit had very very little impact on why the Chiefs are where they are.

Long snapper is fine. Very solid actually. I believe the kid signed to the futures deal is Bojo's competition if we can't get better in the draft/FA. The big question is at kicker. Yes, 100% agree that Hausch did much better later in the season converting kicks he was asked to. However, there were a few times when a long FG attempt made sense but he wasn't sent out. With the way this team is built, having the strong defense that we do...a kicker that can be even semi consistent is HUGE. Stealing an extra 3 points here and there can make the difference between 9 wins and a WC and 11 wins and a division. I would be open to keeping Hausch, but this year he needs some competition brought in. Let him earn his job. Someone I would look at is Joey Slye. Rookie kickers will struggle, and he was only 78% on FGs, but bombed 8-11 from 50+. Long of 55.

So who is everyone rooting for tomorrow?
BuffaloBillyG replied to Steptide's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
9ers and Titans. Not rooting for Chief because ***** Tyreek Hill, Frank Clark and the "we passed on Mahomes" narrative. Not rooting for the Packers because they have had Rodgers and Favre and turned 27 seasons of elite QB play into 2 Super Bowl wins. -
A Haters Guide for Rooting for Remaining Teams
BuffaloBillyG replied to KingBoots8's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
To me the worst possible SB is San Fran and Ten, because Jimmy is from the Pats, Vrabel was a Pat. Media would somehow twist this as how great NE is and we would hear about them more than the teams actually playing anyway. -

Edelman admits faking head injury in Bills game
BuffaloBillyG replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I'm actually not upset with this. Pretty sure he was using the idea of being hurt to not draw a flag. Didn't work and actually cost his team more than just the OPI. -
Classy Pats* fans force relocation of Mahomes girlfriend

When we played Cincy this year we had Jake Dolegala's family (their 3rd string rookie QB) sitting in our section. Everyone was actually pretty nice to them. Yea, I'm sure we have a few of those amoung 70,000 people...but by and large we have a lot of good people. -
Which Player Do You Hate The Most?

He will. 5 years after he retires his name goes on the ballot for voting. He will likely get in, but don't really think he should. -
Which Player Do You Hate The Most?

Phillip Rivers. I think his whole career is smoke and mirrors. Guy has had HoF talent around him most of his career, but they never win, never really come close sans a season or 2 and everyone talks about him like he's a goat. He's Matt Stafford with hype. -
Bengals/Dolphins... Can either one beat the pats?
BuffaloBillyG replied to Process's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Miami winning in NE is unlikely, but not out of the question. You have to admire how hard they play for Flores. I don't see them rolling over the way they did for Gase last year in week 17. This will be their Super Bowl. It's a chance to give a coach in Flores a keynote win against his old team. And who knows, it may very well be the final game in Fitz's career. I'm not foolish enough to expect a Miami win, but the week 17 spoiler role is something that someone seems to play every season. -
Ravens @ Bills ****Predict the score****
BuffaloBillyG replied to Canadian Bills Fan's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I think we come back to Earth a bit. Lamar is just having one of "those" seasons. Last time Ingram played a game in Buffalo? 131 yards and 3tds. They run the ball. We sometimes have issues stopping the run. I'm thinking 34-13 Baltimore. They run for close to 250 and have a lot of long soul beating drives. It's not that Buffalo is that bad...its just the Ravens are that good. -
It's so if they lose the Patriot fanboys can claim he's hurt and that's why they lost.

How cold will it be in upper bowl on Sunday
BuffaloBillyG replied to BananaB's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Bring cash. Enough $14 beers and you will be nice and toasty. I sit in 331. Gets pretty cold and while others saying dress in layers, my advice is to remember the same goes for what you wear on your feet. A lot of people neglect this and suffer, wearing sneakers and stepping in puddles is a common thing. -
Cleveland Fans Triggered by Mike Tomlin
BuffaloBillyG replied to Hapless Bills Fan's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Fans of the Cleveland Browns have no issues cheering for scum like Jarvis Landry and Kareem Hunt. I'm not shocked at all they try and justify what was likely the most vile action on an NFL field in the history of the league. I don't care if Garret writes poetry, loves dinosaurs and is a good dude off the field. What he did and the level he reached on the field was beyond inexcusable. Rudolph, in my opinion acted like a punk. I wouldn't have been the least bit upset if Garrett gave him a good old fashioned right cross. But to forcibly strike another person on the head with a blunt object is too far. -
bills/broncos 36.5 points total for the game

Sounds about right. But how do the Broncos score .5?
