  1. Between him and Edmunds being out that middle of the defense just got a lot softer really quick. Let's hope "next man up" comes to play.
  2. I'm betting he's at a frat party right now.
  3. And the same people the drafter Josh Allen, worked a trade for Diggs and other moves I could list Yes, a lot were hoping for IOL help. Doesn't have anything to do with what we were talking about. It's really not. But they, I'm sure the fantasy teams you run are doing SPLENDID!
  4. Yea, I'll go with the opions of a coaching staff that sees them on a daily basis. Practice IS practice...and if you can't get it done there you shouldn't see a really game. Is Breida getting it done? No clue. Same as you don't know what Motor and Moss have perhaps done to earn it. So many fans think these guys really work 3 hours a week in Sunday. That's just all we see. When it comes to fan opinions we legitimately have no clue of anything past what we see for a very small portion of their week.
  5. The real question is has Breida EARNED a chance? At least to this point in the season the people who see him practice day in and day out say "No".
  6. While I get what you are thinking and changing things up needs to happen...in your scenario who are you taking off the field too make this happen? Sanders? Beasley? Being that as you said we don't have stud RBs would this not decrease the talent level of our players in the field?
  7. Regulations are mandates. Mandates are regulations. Finkle is Einhorn.
  8. This place the week after a loss is a magical place. Better than Disneyland.
  9. This will only make it funnier when the Rams don't make it past the 2nd round of the Playoffs.
  10. Did he opt out due to COVID? Did he opt out due to COVID?
  11. That's triple the guaranteed cash from his Patriot contract. Cam had some good leverage here.
  12. He's gone...he's back. He's gone...he's back. Is this Brett Favre's burner account?😂😂 Welcome back, man.
  13. You just provided 2 ways it could happen. Many more ways exist. Issues in the red zone? Key injury? And who said White would "outduel" Allen? The run opens up the pass game. Yes. But reading into the pressers this week I have a feeling McD is going to make Daboll press in the run game. Which is great, however it well also keep the Jets in the game a bit longer. White isn't Allen, for sure. But he can do enough to win a ball game.
  14. Just based off press conference comments I feel like there has been some tension between McD and Daboll this week (and if so it's not a bad thing). I think McD is going to want to force the run game a bit this week against a Jet defense that give up 133 yards per game on the ground. I expect Moss to miss this one and if so Breida will likely be active. Even then I would expect Singletary to see workhourse type numbers. Something in the 24 carries for 125 yards and a TD. 5 catches for another 38 yards I think Josh is going to throw much less this week. 17-24 207 yards 1TD (mix in 6 carries for another 45 yards and a TD. On the other side of the ball...our defense seems to have issues with Crowder from time to time. Mike White isn't terrible and I think the Jets do just enough to edge another good team in the Bills after beating the Titans and Bengals. Jets: 27 Bills: 24
  15. Talking about the Jags game is so 2 days ago. We are on to the Jets. You may wallow in your grit and desire with the other negative based posters. Happy Hump Day.
  16. I actually saw a couple years back either Sal C or Joe B discuss this. It's actually (by what they said) made that way on purpose at the request of the reporters because they don't want the other reporters to steal their "intellectual property" and report it on their own sites.
  17. Doesn't sound like he was pulling too many punches.
  18. Maybe not. However splitting carries with a guy under 4 ypc or suggesting that a guy that was good 4 years ago isn't gonna tell us anything about Motor. Maybe they should just...I dunno...GIVE THE RB THAT HAS OVER 5 YPC MORE OPPORTUNITY and not keep watering his production out with lesser or washed up backs.
  19. Brian Brohm. He never got a fair shot.
  20. This right here is where I'm at as well. Would love to see Motor in a game where he gets RB1 touches...18-20 carries and 3-5 catches. Betting we end up with him over 100 yards.
  21. Kinda answered your own question there. For both of them. Heck, why not see what Tolbert is up to?
  22. And they also brought in Tolbert, Ivory, the corpse of Frank Gore...your point?
  23. Ask him. I'm not his press secretary🤷🏻‍♂️. This is 100% correct.
  24. No, what he HAD was speed. He was blazing fast in San Fran. That I will give you. He has also had a multitude of lower body injuries since then. Also, because of his perceived "speed" everyone wants to throw him the ball. This is a guy with less than 30 receptions combined on the last 3 years. He has a single season high of 27 catches. This isn't a receiving back.
  25. How about NO! What have you seen in Breida to think he would help? He hasn't been a solid player in 3-4 years. He couldn't crack a terrible backfield in Miami last year and he obviously hasn't shown to be a better options than Moss or Motor in practices this year. But you know his name from a few big plays years ago before a constant stream of injuries made him a shell of what he was. I have said before and I stand by it. Our best option right now is to give Motor MORE carries. Let him stay in the flow of the game. Seems like when he starts off well enough they yank him and toss Moss in. Let Motor (and his 5 ypc) cook for an entire game.
