  1. No. My thoughts are...he can't catch a football. Maybe he can switch to corner.
  2. It's likely an overstatement to say he's "done". However I did see it said that (and I haven't watched any Indy games this season) play calling wise they havent really attempted many deep throws. I do think there is legitimately concern over his arm strength internally. I don't care how much stornger Brissett's arm is, you don't take your franchise QB and top playmaker off the field there if there isn't a concern with Luck. I do think that over time he will get stronger again but even if he doesn't he is still pretty good.
  3. The first 2 names I could think of were Jeff George and Vinny Testaverde that may be close. After a quick check neither started for 7 different teams.
  4. ? Ungh, think I need a shower now. But I don't think they keep winning and as long as 12 is playing for NE they run the risk of ripping of 10 straight wins.
  5. He sounded like that Vikings fan forecasting from his car so his parents wouldn't kick him out.
  6. SB: "Yea, look right there Kirk Cousins is stripped by Jerry Hughes. Now that's something the rookie just should not let happen. He has to get better. Its on him" "That leap by Allen to the pylon, he can't just knock that over. Someone has to pick it up. Josh Allen is a litterer" "Josh Allen needs to Learn that when you leap over former Pro Bowl LBers, gotta get the testies in his face. He needs to learn from this. He's just not there yet." "Foster missing that perfectly thrown ball, Allen has to get better there. He needs to walk upfield and hand a guy like Foster the ball. He's fast, he went to Bama. Josh Allen should be neutered as soon as this game is over."
  7. For me it was the (I think) 1984 Cowboys game. I remember Tony Dorsett almost in tears saying "We just lost to the worst team in football. Whats that make us?".
  8. #JoshAllenJumpingOverThings on Twitter is starting up.
  9. Shocked Hue didnt pick Drew Stanton because...well...Hue.
  10. Bell to the Bucs may make a bit of sense. Not sure about their salary cap situation. Earl Thomas to the Chiefs would be a nice move. Thomas and Berry in that secondary is a huge step up. Tom Brady to somewhere in the CFL would be a nice move as well. Would also result in Gronks retirement/defection to Canada.
  11. Adam Schefter Retweeted Cameron Wolfe @CameronWolfe · 22m Dolphins DL William Hayes tore his ACL, he’s out for the season. Big loss. It happened when he tried not to put his body weight on Derek Carr while sacking him and got his foot caught in the ground. This was tweeted earlier. Could be something to watch out for as the big bodies arent made to twist mid air to avoid contact on the ground.
  12. I would view Shady and Ivory more of a compliment to each other due to one running with power and the other more finesse. Keepa a defense off balance. Murphy can run either style imo and would be a good guy to sub in for either. Plus having some return duties/special team responsibilities I'd be more leery of Murphy getting burned out late in games.
  13. I agree. Tanny seems to not play his best against us. That Jakeem Grant is who I'm more worried about. Thats the kind of guy that we normally, struggle with.
  14. I noticed a few times Daboll had Murphy out there at the same time as Ivory. Would love to see that continue only with Shady and Ivory. Would give the option to motion Shady out wide as well to help with the WR issues on this team.
  15. @PetermanThrew5Picks Told ya...be here Monday?
  16. At this point, there isn't anyone thats available that would "save our season" if Allen goes down. If anyone other than Josh Allen starts games for this team this season we are completely done anyway. That being said I'd like to see someone else backing him up as Peterman does not belong on an NFL roster. Seriously, I would rather have Landry Jones, Paxton Lynch, Bill Paxton, Tom Landry, Tom Jones, or Becky Lynch on the team rather than Peterman.
  17. Pats could possibly even go 1-3 over their next 4 games. Miami, KC and Chicago are all going to be tough for them.
  18. Yea, but was there a receiver in the area?
  19. Could hear the whimpering and cries as he ran around the pocket.
