  1. I also read on this very board that Amari Cooper would not fetch a 1st. I read on this board that NO ONE would give 2 firsts for Mack. I don't think Wentz would fetch that much, but it only takes 1 team to jump and you never know. I also find it odd that a fanbase that pounds the tables when saying numbers don't tell the story when it comes to Josh Allen use numbers to justify Wentz over Foles. If Foles takes them to a 2nd straight SB...results matter. Not numbers.
  2. He wanted to get offense off the field so Kyle could go back on defense and get a final curtain call during the time out. It waa a classy move and show,of respect to KW
  3. Funny coincidence you picked this game. It's the last game I attended live and in person. Until today.
  4. Ok, but why does he have to? Because other QBs do it? His talent it stretching the field out with vertical passing. A short pass here and there, of course would be fine, but I'm not looking for a pass catching RB for him. Honestly, said before the season started the perfect type RB for him would be Derrick Henry. Not big on catching, can pound and tire out a defense.
  5. Like what you set up with a few changes. 1. No Bell. Yes he's talented, but he stands out catching the ball out of the backfield. Not really Allen's strong suit. Would not mind kicking the tires on Ajayi and seeing what his health is like. And I may try and pair him with Tevin Coleman. 2. Not big on White, not as big on Conley as you are but would be ok. Here's someone to remember: Funchess. NOT a #1, but pair him with Tyrell Williams, Robert Foster and the kid from UB...and we have something solid. 3. Cook is fine for short term if they, plan to groom the Croom. I also wouldn't mind Jesse James. 4. Like the oline additions.
  6. Yea, read what you said about compitition. And I disagree. I don't want someone on Crooms level brought in so he can have a chance. I want someone brought in that is better than what we have. I have no issue having him compete for a roster spot. Hope he makes it.
  7. Worth seeing? Of course. Counting on it and not doing something to upgrade the position? Absolutely not. No, you don't "have" to give anoyone a chance to compete. You "have" to upgrade and if Croom can step up his game, great. If not the cupboard isn't bare.
  8. He can be "ok" as a #2 or 3 guy if he can stop the fumbles. Id rather see the Bills sign a Jesse James, draft a guy and then have Croom for depth.
  9. If he's open to a reduced role then I'm for bringing him back. He can be an asset on 3rd downs still. His price tag doesn't really scare me as there is plenty of money to spend already. But we do have to have young legs back there.
  10. I'd say just punt 2019 away, but Darr would likely shank that too. Might as well just go for it and see what happens.
  11. Stop trying to use stop as an argument. Especially when I'm not even talking production.
  12. Honestly I wonder if Shady was hoping to head back to Philly, and when we didn't move him he somewhat checked out.
  13. Dilfer>Marino Foles>Rivers If those don't sit well with you, the answer is Kelly...and you aren't a nincompoop.
  14. So, Bell is putting out feelers for the team that's expected to have the most cap room. Shocking.
  15. I think he gets at least 1 interview this off season. Teams are so desperate to find the "next offensive wiz kid" that I think OCs start getting attention earlier than he should. I'm betting someone sees Allens progress, sees he has both NE and Alabama ties and it looks on paper way better then it should. It only takes 1 team, like the Browns with Petitne. My bet is he will be on a short list of candidates somewhere like Jacksonville.
  16. It is a nice start. In my mind next year, Foster is the speed, maybe a 2/3 type splitting with a high draft pick. McKenzie to me is more a "weapon" then WR. Kind of like a Tarik Cohen role. Bit of everything. Jones, unless he steps the receiving part of his game up is fighting for a roster spot as he doesn't currently add to special teams. Need to find that #1 target type guy.
  17. While I agree what Turley initially did was fine, he took it wayyyy over the line. Step in, defend your guy. Of course. But wait to do the hitting when the ball is snapped. Beat em down between whistles and they don't have energy for that stuff.
  18. I want guys that can play well, play hard, and beat their opponents whistle to whistle. The extra stuff, while fantastic for the fans to see, sometimes has a way of hurting the team.
  19. At the end of the day, they are just picks. Draft picks are really over valued. Important, yes. But over valued the same.
