  1. The best person for improvements...be they currently in the staff or not. I would like a wide net cast.
  2. True. Tebow was great in college, too. Doesn't mean anything.
  3. Von Miller was a 2nd and 3rd pick IIRC. Plus wouldn't shock me if the Broncos wanted to deal him out of the AFC. Melvin Ingram, on the other hand cost the Chiefs a 6th. There was where the value was. More than that..we need Quentin Nelson, Ryan Kelly and Braden Smith. JT is great. But without them he's Devin Singletary.
  4. Big if true. Could you provide a link to where you saw a breakdown of his time management this week? Not doubting you...just would love to read it, myself.
  5. Well, McD is normally pretty vague. However this Tweet specifies this is about the kick itself and nothing about defense. If in fact it was just Bass putting too much on the ball this would be McD's answer to a T. Wouldn't throw his young kicker under the bus like some coaches. He's willing to take the heat.
  6. It's the "I'm just going to leave it at execution" that raises the possibility for me. I want to go back and watch the kick and any sideline reaction in game....juat can't stomach turning that game back on it the moment.
  7. We know the result of the play...not the play call. It's entirely possible (though today it's more convient to yell about coaching) that the play was called to kick high to the 5 and force a return and our young kicker was too hyped up and put too much leg into it.
  8. Harry, Bates and McK I would resign. Zimmer...don't know how his medicals look so won't comment on. I think Wallace gets an offer that exceeds where the Bills would value him. I'm in the vast minority that would be willing to bring Addison back on a fair deal.
  9. Anything left to be paid out on guaranteed money does hit as dead cap....wven in a trade. According to SPOTRAC his is $24M. That's a lot of coin to pay a guy of his caliber to play for someone else.
  10. Well, he's pushing 30. Made a ton of money. Has a concussion history and just had a new baby. As a Bills fan I hate to think he may retire "early". He would be missed. However if he wants to enjoy life with his family and walk away before more brain injuries...I get that too.
  11. Great thought. Still a darn good player. But the Bears moving him would be a $24M dead cap space for them, I believe. I don't see them moving on.
  12. Bates played well. However, I hope the way the line played down the stretch doesn't convince Beane to "run it back" with the same guys again next year. There still is room to improve.
  13. If we had a dome he would have called heads. Build the dome.
  14. My hot take: I'm not sold on the idea that the kickoff into the end zone was the called play. I believe the called was to kick high and to the 5 and our young kicker was just too amped up and hit too much leg into it.
  15. I wouldn't even say Mahomes is better. I'd put them on even ground. Clock doesn't run during a 2 point attempt. Buy you're right on the squib.
  16. No shame in that loss. None whatsoever. A missed opportunity...we'll get em next year.
  17. That TD may have lost us the game. Way too much time left. Just need 1 play. Poyer. Hyde. You giys want the accolades? Here's where you earn em
  18. Awe. You're adorable. Maybe in between your crying fits you should pick up a rule book and inform yourself what qualifies as a hold and not.
  19. Not even close to true. Our OLine is doing some mugging as well. And "soft" calls are still called because they are fouls....right? Cry more.
  20. Why the heck are they not attacking Sorenson?
  21. Refs aren't calling mich of anything in EITHER team. Game is being called down the line and evenly thus far.
  22. Yup. I believe he was telling Mahomes why the knee to his face wasn't called.
  23. We've seen 3 home teams lose this weekend. Home field is not the end all be all.
