  1. Jets. Hope Wilson throws for 400 yards and 5 TDs....then goes back to his normal self. Give those Jet fans a week of hope just to have it snatched away yet again🤣🤣
  2. Stafford has years of pent up rage to unleash on the Lions. He will channel the football spirits of Barry Sanders and Megatron and play that franchise back for years of squandering talent. Rams by 40.🤣
  3. I know what common sense is. Should be rooting for the Titans. However I want KC to continue to struggle and be a few more games back of the Bills and Chargers. Let them scurry for that wild card. Titans are 1 Henry injury away from being a very bad football team and the way they overuse him they are really tempting fate. Plus they are a team th at always drops games to a few teams they should beat year in and year out. Their losses will come.
  4. When he was drafted I didn't think Burrow would pan out. He's changing my mind. Would love to see the Bengals beat those rat birds, but don't see it happening.
  5. If I was a betting man, I would bet that many members of Congress have emails laced with the same language in their outbox as well.
  6. More evidence that nothing good ever comes from a Cole Beasley Tweet.
  7. Chiefs/Titans of course. Rams/Lions could be fun as it's the Stafford revenge game...but I plan on being on the Lions page a bit for that game.
  8. I love me some Miles Sanders. I do believe he would upgrade the RB room and would love to have him. That said, our offense doesn't believe the RB position exists. We DO have checkdown options (Beasley and Knox fill this role in many plays). We also have a offensive coordinator that hates calling run plays unless it's a QB run. Motor is averaging a sleek 5.2 yards a carry. That's not bad at all. But we go long stretches where it's all pass all the time...except for a few Allen deaigned runs in there. And a lot of the run plays that do happen take place because Allen audibles into them. I would love to have Sanders but I feel like he would be another toy that Daboll wouldn't use.
  9. Disagree. Engram might be an improvement at TE2 but hasn't been healthy all year. We really need another TE in and out of the lineup? Beckham doesn't even improve his own team. He's also playing this year with pretty major injuries. And again isn't anything above WR3 on this team...and possibly 4th in the pecking order once Knox is back. And is he better on the field than Beasley as a 5th option? Debatable. Would rather see them actually use Gabe Davis if Beasley isn't it.
  10. Wasn't it last year we started out running poorly as well when we had Lee Smith inactive? Then we activated him and could move the ball on the ground with some success? I kinda miss Lee Smith right about now.
  11. Neither, actually. Engram: I do like his speed. As a TE he's a match up nightmare...when he plays. That's been and continues to be his issue. Beckham isn't the player he once was and frankly I don't see him as anything above the #3 WR here if he was a Bill behind Diggs and Sanders.
  12. I did not like Johnson, but he walked off the field that day with the lead. This game was not on him. I would say whoever it was that should have been in that lane. On them. Anyone know who that was?
  13. IIRC, Henry was even rumored to be on the trade block a few games into his 3rd season. Gossip had it they would have moved him for a day 3 pick. No one jumped on it. Then that huge primetime game happened where he broke out. Then it kept happening. I'm betting more than a few GMs regret not making that move.
  14. Top Bye Week Thoughts: I mean, whatever bad happens on the bye week I'm sure it will be Edmunds fault. I think this "bye week" is a way to phase Cole out of the lineup. Haack is starting to punt the ball now. He should have it off his foot in time for our 1st punt next week (in the late 3rd quarter). Dog the Bounty Hunter is spending this week looking for Gabe Davis. Is it just me or is McD's clap game significantly worse this year so far? In the time that I typed this Dawkins and Feliciano have been knocked over 6 times.
  15. To be fair Poz seemed like a guy that would get perplexed by a vast many things.
  16. Can see it now. Josh and his gal out to a nice dinner aat one of the finer Buffalo restaurants. Josh drops down on one knee and goes into his coat pocket and Ol' @BTB pushes between em hands her his cell and says "Congrats guys, hey could you snap a quick photo of Josh and I?"
  17. You would never know from this video...but this man played with just an insane amount of intensity. Very much deserved and one of the truly underrated players of his era.
  18. Wasn't a very good dig either way😂😂😂
  19. Says you have to sign and maintain a 53 man roster. Can't all be All-Pros. Also, I didn't mind the signing. Low risk with potential for a big payoff if Breida back to his old self. It's actually what good GMs do...
  20. Sanders has produced at that level in the last year consistently. Breida hasn't been productive in about 2-3 years....since being injured. Numbers don't always tell the story.
  21. I would be 100% behind a mid round pick (later if Motor is added) for a 2 year rental if it increases odds of winning a Super Bowl. As someone else stated you could make it back with a comp pick or just let him to. Worry about 2 years from now in about 18 months.
  22. Matt Breida hasn't been consistently good since the 2018...MAYBE 2019 season. He's really not the player he was then. This year he can't find the field over Moss and Singletary. Last year he couldn't beat out some really bad Dolphin RBs to even dress on game day. He had 1 really solid game last season against NE but the Dolphins had other backs run wild on them that day too. Sanders is younger, less injury history and has shown he can create yards on his own behind a lackluster OL.
  23. The biggest reason it's important in my eyes is it's 1 less game. 1 less game for the ball to bounce the wrong way, 1 less game for a ref call to take you out and most importantly 1 less game of fatigue and potential injury happening to key players.
  24. At the home opener a couple years back there were about 25 people in Dolegala jerseys that sat in my section. His whole family came. Really nice people, too. Very friendly and caught a few of them smiling when we scored.
