  1. AJ can't WAIT to re-sign. Then retire in 3 weeks.
  2. Anquan Boldin
  3. It's called having a bit of class, and it shouldn't take death threats to bring it out. Call out that he felt it was a reckless hit, sure. But don't have to go all in on Rapp and him being a reserve. Comes across to me as a "How dare you, do you know who I am" type Karen comment. The only thing missing was Adams demanding to speak to Rapp's manager. People make mistakes in the heat of the moment, much like Adams did with that camera man last year.
  4. I'll start by saying, yes it was a penalty. And Rapp will likely be fined for it. As he probably should. But I want to compare that hit to the hit Travis Hunter took the night before in the Colorado/Colorado State game. That hit was vicious. That hit was uncalled for. And the next day Travis Hunter basically said, "Hey, it's football. It happens.". Adams really could have handled it mich the same way as this kid did, with some professionalism. Instead he goes in on Rapp personally a bit. While I hate to see those kind of hit happen, Hunter is correct. It's football an those collisions will happen. It sucks for sure....but it's always been and always will be part of why a WR gets that paycheck.
  5. It's REALLY falling apart in Chicago now....
  6. This seasons NFL script has been 🔥🔥🔥🔥 so far
  7. Chargers/Vikings should be entertaining. Should be a ton of offense, tons of big plays. And then the teams will tie 45-45 after missing 2 FGs in OT each.
  8. I want to believe this.
  9. Not really sure about his throwing on the run either, though I seem to recall a fair amount of that footage from him coming out for the draft IIRC. I'll have to look that back up this week if I have time. One thing I did see is that if he's pressured from the DE spot he lets himself get flushed back up into the pocket to elude and fire a pass. If Buffalo can force him into that it could be a REALLY big day for Ed Oliver to get a couple of cleanup sacks.
  10. I'm not going to play because I will end up forgetting a deserving team and I don't want to make them feel bad.
  11. In both the Commanders games this year they came from behind to win it. Howell looked awesome I'm those comebacks. If Buffalo gets an early lead it will be really important to not take the foot off the gas because this Commander team will not quit.
  12. Haslam drafted Manziel in the first round. He is that dumb.
  13. Well, on the good side of they're distracted by how bad the coach and QB are, it will take them longer to realize they vastly overpaid a certain MLB..
  14. And somewhere Alanis Morissette is humming "Ironic"
  15. That's not really the case IMO. Robinson is really good between the tackles. Has a good burst for a bigger back. After 2 weeks he is currently has the 7th most rush yards in the NFL averaging 73 yards a game. Antonio Gibson, former WR converted to RB. Has speed. He can be a matchup issue and last time we played Washington dude took a pass 73 yards for a score.
  16. Seems like a good value for not having to drive in all the traffic.
  17. Nice assessment. There seems to be a whole rejuvenated energy with their fanbase as well since the removal of Dan Snyder as well. Which is good for them IMO. Still a winnable game, for sure. Washington DBs gave up some deep shots to Wilson last week so I'm hoping there is some opportunities downfield as well. Josh just needs to be patient and wait until they present. I feel like it's going to be much tighter than the Raider game, however.
  18. Howell isn't elite by any means but can make plays. Looked pretty good in the second half last week. Can extend plays with his legs and has a lot of underrated weapons around him. False bravado from some aside, this week will be a real good test for this team IMO.
  19. And this will be the ONLY clip I post from the Buffalo/Washington Super Bowl. R.I.P. Coach Madden.
  20. He has on Madden, maybe.
  21. The Bills held Jacobs to -2 yards rushing. Bernard was the highest rated run defender on the defense. And while I'm not a huge believer in a PFF rating determining who plays good or not, it's a nice tool to see if it reaffirms what we are visually seeing. In this case the grade matches the eye test. The place he is having some issues still is presnap getting the defense set. However, I believe this is something that will resolve itself once he gets more live action snaps in. While you are saying to bring Kirksey up now because the schedule is somewhat soft, I'd argue if we are facing a softer schedule this is the time to have Bernard learn. Save Kirksey's call ups for when he's needed more to injury or matchup.
  22. Pretty accurate tbh. Gave up my seasons a couple years ago for this reason. I get it. It's a reason to cut loose, have fun and such. Back when I was younger it seemed there were more people that would get drunker later on in the game. But first 3 quarters were fairly tame. Almost every game I went to the last few years I have seen people stagger in through the gate. My bet is the more the tailgating experience has grown combined with the absolutely ridiculous beer prices in the stadium more people focus on imbibing before the game. Of course after kickoff no one settles in and watches the game anymore either.half the game is spent with people walking back and forth up and down the aisle to go on beer runs, bathroom breaks and such. The in person experience has moved for watching a football game to a party with a game in the background. Make sure to take those selfies too, gotta get the perfect shot for your Facebook.
  23. Strongly disagree. The Bills had 3 TD drives yesterday that each went for over 6 minutes of game time. The longest was over 9 minutes. They picked up 29 first downs on 74ish plays. That's over a first down every 3rd play. After the 3 and out to start the game their drives consisted of 7, 8, 15, 9 and 11 play drives. That's rhythm. As far as the offense looking the same...are you ignoring the much higher percentage of 12 personal being run? Or the much higher rate of Allen going under center? The shorter "take what the D gives you" passing game vs last years deep balls for all offense? The actual usage of RBs and a few screens. This offense looks very little like last years IMO.
  24. I'll give Dorsey credit here. For 2 straight weeks he had a good game plan. Week 1 we saw it working early and then the plan kinda went out the window. Dallas used the same gameplan against the Jets and didn't waver. And it worked without issue. Week 2 was the same plan in the passing game with more run game/under center mixed in . Worked well. Yes, some play calls were not the best but the overall plan was spot on. It's just 2 weeks however I feel there has been progress from last year. Washington this week will be a solid test as they do have a nice defense. The other thing I need to see from Dorsey going forward is what happens and how he adjusts when his gameplan doesn't work early.
  25. Both spots showing upgrades in efficiency. LG from 45th to 31st RG from 33rd to 22nd Keep in mind also week 1 was against a stout Jet front 7. I expect to see both players move up throughout the year as they get more reps in the system. Good job Brandon Beane.
