That used to be my thought as well, but I'm changing my mind on it. In the past even in bad weather Josh was playing the same style of downfield passing, run the ball himself. And that would lead to those 18-31 201 yard passing days. This year? If he plays the way he has, is patient and hits the short underneath stuff he can still have solid days in worse weather consistently. He's not running this year as much either (I believe he has 12 rushes through 4 games...who is this guy?). But what he is doing is scrambling out and keeping his eyes upfield. Result: big play. Once the weather turns a bit and footing becomes an issue this should only HELP put up better numbers and the DBs will struggle with footing on those plays. As long as he stays playing with the patience he has and continues to trust his playmakers he's got a solid chance at a monumental season.

One of the reasons you may not be noticing them is that the vaunted DL rotation that the Bills have used in the past really isn't used in most games anymore. Over that last year/year and a half of games I've noticed a sharp increase overall in snaps for the starting IDL especially. The last 3 weeks Phillips and Settle have gotten most of their snaps late in the 4th quarter when starters are out. I've seen them earlier, but a series or two and not much more. I expect this to continue when Von comes back. As far as who plays how many snaps at DE, Floyd, Von, Groot and yes even AJE have all earned play time. That will be interesting to see who they take off the field and when.

Will we have to replace Dorsey next year?
BuffaloBillyG replied to ChronicAndKnuckles's topic in The Stadium Wall
It's plausible. Top offensive coordinators get interviews. I think those around the league would view him as a Top OC is we continue to have success. From there, anything can happen. It really only takes one team to take a shine to him and make an offer. There is a good chance there are going to be some desirable jobs open. -
I believe in Zach. Travis Kelce 's mom just showed up. He's ready to impress
-
Not sure, but the game keeps going the way it is, she's going home with Zach Wilson
-
All jokes aside, he and Kelce don't seem in the same sync that they always have been Wonder if Loverboy's head is in the game or he's got his mind elsewhere...

He had a few other solid snaps I saw as well. People like to talk smack on him, but the guy can play ball.

I'll consider the source, thanks. -
Bill Belichick has the chance to do the funniest thing in the history of Earth.

Mac was never going to be top level, but NE really ruined his growth last year with Patricia and Joe Judge.

I mean, it's been a couple hours... -
Great message, and hope he does well. But I believe Dane Jackson is next man up there.

Tre White Injury Updates (Torn Achilles now confirmed)

It sucks, and you definitely are valid for feeling that way. And don't get me wrong, I hope for nothing but a full recovery and a lengthy rest of his career for Tre White. Having said that, any player will tell you "It's a business" and then go sign with a rival team. So if the people that play feel that way I also don't see anything wrong with fans who may view it as a business as well and want to discuss the business and finances of the impact of an unfortunate injury such as this as well. -
That PAT fake was spectacular. Wonder if they did that anticipating that running block the Pats did earlier in the year

Josh Allen Stef Diggs KEN DORSEY Groot Ed Oliver Leslie Frazier (a "thank you for heading out gift)

This is the version of Josh Allen many of us wanted to see. Running less (12 carries through first 4 games) but running productivity when he does. Being smart with the ball. TRUSTING THE PLAYMAKERS AROUND HIM! There have been several times already this year (one being the long pass to Cook today, the deep ball to Diggs last week and at least one other to Gabe Davis) where Josh would have tucked the ball and run...but he flushes out, keeps his eyes upfield and finds a guy open once the defense commits to stop him. This version of Josh Allen is virtually unstoppable...as could be seen with his PERFECT PASSER RATING against the Dolphins today.

And just like that the Bills take over the AFCE lead.

Take Hill and Waddle out down by 28 in the 4th. Smart. Leaving Tua in down by 28 in the 4th...dumb.

Achane is what Breece Hall was going to be last year before the injury.

This is MVP level Josh. Ken Dorsey has been perfect today.

So for today...we are down to Lewis and Jackson for boundary CB?

No contact injury on Tre. *****
