  1. Matt Milano was VERY quiet today. Turns out EB had a great plan to eliminate Milano. But focusing on him and ignoring the Bills have 10 other players on the field was a bold strategy. Wonder what EB thinks about that other LBer in Buffalo🤣🤣
  2. Oh Adams is gonna cry about another hit this week, huh?
  3. Big take away from the last 2 weeks on the defense: Buffalo loses : Tremaine Edmunds Leslie Frazier Buffalo Gains: Cap Space by not signing Edmunds Bernard seeing the field McDermott using aggressive defense AND A THIRD ROUND COMP PICK
  4. Teams are still basically in preseason form. Things will start shaking loose the next couple weeks.
  5. Myers is a good target for him as well. I actually like the Raider WRs. Heck, one day he's bound to bump into Hunter Renfrow in the locker room and meet him. 3 solid targets for him to consistently underthrow.
  6. Today's most underrated stat: In a game where Taylor Swift enthusiastically watched the game with his parents, Travis Kelce had 69 yards. I am now forced to retract most of the bad things I've said about him and promote the dude to legendary status. Hate to do it but, bro code
  7. I don't disagree with what you say, however I have seen Mike McCarthy call games the same way with Aaron Rodgers at QB as well.
  8. Don't know about start...but he should definitely be active next week.
  9. First things first. Aggressively stop the run. They moved the ball at times VERY well against us last year and their run game looks to have improved. Stop that and make them one dimensional. Second, mix in some 3 safety looks, but don't sit in that exclusively. Pressure will have problems getting home...so coach up all week for the DL to get their hands up. Bat some balls down. Bump WRs off the line.
  10. I'd be all for it...but first Id make him sign a promise that he won't suddenly retire.
  11. The rumor I had heard (and actually believe) is that Rodgers was 100% Woody Johnson as you said. On board or not, it's Johnson's team and he gets what he wants. The rumor was Saleh and Douglas really wanted Carr and to beef up the OLine. Once Rodgers was the target funds that were earmarked to go to OL help went to getting guys Aaron wanted like Lazard and Cobb.
  12. I'll just say this much. "Thank you, Miami" They just made Sean McDermott's job a ton easier. One would think coming off a 34 point road victory where your defense completely dominated and your offense was mostly on point would let the Bills feel great. Miami just puts up 70 and over 700 yards of offense. I don't think it's going to take much to get the Bills to refocus and work this week. Miami just put a HUGE statement out there and I guarantee the players on this team are taking notice. I think this defense is going to be fired up all week.
  13. "Tanking" happens at the shirt and tie level. They may not be active filling the roster with the best talent they can find. But absolutely NO player is on board to lose. No coach is trying to lose. They play hard. Even players that aren't going to be with the team next year NEED to put good stuff on film so someone will give them a job next year. And do you think a player is overjoyed to lose and have their replacement drafted?
  14. This is 3 weeks in a row that the Cardinals have played really hard early. I really think head to head Arizona would whomp the Bears or Broncos.
  15. Edmunds slips off a tackle for KC TD.
  16. Didn't say it was just the 4th down. Was just an example. There were several call that...well like McDermott will say "I'm sure Ken would like to have back". Hopefully someone beats it into his head that sometimes the simple obvious choice is the right one.
  17. Why do we do this? I really have zero clue, Tua's getting squished.
  18. Honestly, Harty I think could still have a role as a deep threat. I'm not sure if Kincaid ended up injured or was taken out as punishment after a couple penalties...but this should have been a game he was a bigger part of the plan. Cook has stepped up. I'm still a fan of Sherfield getting more time on the field. I truly don't see what Gabe Davis provides that he can't.
  19. I thought Dorsey had a good gameplan early. Called several misdirection plays to try and take advantage bof a slick field and slow that front 4. Solid plan. Then as the game went on he went braindead several times. There are a lot of times where playcalls get bagged on but it really is bad execution. Today wasn't the case IMO. The 4th down passing call was atrocious. The insistence of getting the ball to Harty was mind boggling. I understand getting him in space. I do. But these cute plays for him fool no one. Can't afford to waste downs like that. I do give him credit for sticking with the run when it started slow. In years past with Daboll after the 4th or 5th run there wouldn't have been another run called for a RB until late in the game. He kept chipping away and eventually Cook broke off some nice runs. This also made it so it wasn't all on Allen and keeps him from going Sugar Rush mode.
  20. I believe the Pats played a lot of 3 safety looks. Hopefully, we have some of that over top with Rapp because the team speed is insane on this Dolphins team.
  21. So, we're scoring 73! In all seriousness, after what Miami just did Im betting a ton of money comes in on them. I'll bet the line is close to even by kickoff.
