  1. While it's true the TDs and depth of reception are not flashy, the dude just set the team record for receptions by anyone in their rookie season. He's been a reliable target that gets extra yards and helps move the chains. He's been fine. You are also comparing him with guys that (aside from LaPorta) have been in the league and are at or near the top of the league at their position. We don't run the same wide open concepts that teams like Detroit run, and he's not the #1 target like in KC. I'm more anxious to see him next season after a full off season of strength and conditioning at the NFL level.
  2. On paper, that tracks. Lamar has to prove he can show up in the playoffs before I believe in the Ravens.
  3. Buy, Sell Hold... Buy: The Buffalo Bills as AFCE Champs. 4 weeks ago at 6-6 it looked to be a longshot at best. Well, how the turntables... Sell: Baltimore Ravens. They are playing as hot as any team I've ever seen entering they playoffs in a long time. Playing with some FIRE. I think having 2 weeks off is going to dampen that and they come crashing back to Earth. They are either going to be AFC Champs or 1 and done IMO. I'm betting 1 and done. Hold: Bills vs 49ers Super Bowl. We've been waiting for the Berman Bowl for over three decades. This year, if the Bills get their groove in the passing game there's a real path to it.
  4. Should be his 2nd with the Bills but he got passed over for 🗑️ Ramsey. Congratulations to SUL...awesome trade!
  5. Ahh, the game that 725,000 Buffalo Bills fans attended. And NONE left early.
  6. Neither one are particularly shining examples of the human existence. Both very hypocritical. Wouldn't shock me if they both are on any client list that comes out.
  7. They can push the decision down the road a year by letting him play out his 5th year option next year and then slapping the franchise tag on him the following year. I'd even use the same non exclusive tag that the Ravens put on Lamar. Pretty safe as I don't see anyone giving up 2 firsts and a huge contract for Tua and it lets him see what his value is around the league. While I don't think he's a "$50 million dollar QB" I do believe his worth is much higher to the Dolphins in that system than he would be to any other team.
  8. Ironically, it was likely the 0-4 start the Bengals had that cost them this year. They kept pushing an obviously ineffective Burrow out there because they didn't believe Browning could do it. They're 4-2 in Browning's starts.
  9. Zac Efron? He did just bulk up for that Von Erich movie. GIT ER DONE BEANE
  10. I do not think he should. Others are playing better. I do not think he will be. I think we've seen him in a Bills uniform for the final time this year. And perhaps ever.
  11. Ohhh something is in the works here. Let's hope they put their money on the Ravens.
  12. What's the Bills win/loss record in those games? Just curious.
  13. Easy. Let her have about 5 dolphin piñatas. Bust those suckers up all day long. Win/win.
  14. To conduct a REAL off season search for both OC and DC. Not to promote from within automatically. Be open to someone from the outside being able to push us past where we are now.
  15. I think that's a bit deceiving. Yes, rushing stats are up. Cook's touches are up as a result. But one of the reasons for the slide in pass stats to a boost in rush stats is also because under Brady, Josh has been used as a rusher far more. So, yes rushing stats are up but Allen's rushes are as well and the ball is still in his hands.
  16. And that would put Eil Apple as the likely starter. Toast on 3.
  17. You forgot "Ralph is cheap" but other than that you did great. My opinion of him hasn't changed. Nor has the likelihood that he will be the head coach of the Buffalo Bills next season. Even if we lose and miss the playoffs. That's because Terry Pegula's opinion of him likely won't change. Right now the biggest question I have (aside from the potential playoff run) is what he does at OC and DC. That's really the storyline heading to next season IMO.
  18. But I thought it was bad when McDermott put his fingerprints on the offense? You are 100% correct though. Excellent situational awareness by Sean. That play was HUGE.
  19. Well, for fans like that. There were quite a few Bills of fans making fun of Tua's brain injury last year, even posting jokes about the one against the Bengals where he was twitching. There are fans like that in every fanbase, even ours. I do like to believe it's a very small vocal minority of fans. But the more social media you take in the more negative asshats you'll encounter. Comments like the one above tell more about the individual person than it does an entire group of fans.
  20. Throwing out a game in England because that's not really a "home" game... The Bills are 7-1 at home. The Bills are 3-4 on the road. If you don't see the benefit of playing at home especially in a playoff game I don't know what to tell ya. If you can't comprehend the benefit of playing a rookie QB and coach at home over a franchise that finds was to get it done in the postseason year after year...again don't know what to tell ya. Your argument is either a really poor attempt at gaining attention or straight up a VERY early nominee for worst forum idea of the year. If your goal is to hold that spot for the next 365 days until next season....I believe in you.
  21. Any All Pro list without Ed Oliver isn't serious.
  22. Yea, I'm gonna have to veto this idea. I would take a home playoff game against a rookie HC and rookie QB ten times out of ten over a road playoff game in Arrowhead against Reid, Mahomes and the treatment KC sometimes gets from the ref crew. Also, I'm ALL about making Miami play on the road throughout the playoffs where their speed can be neutralized to an extent by cold wet rain and winds. Who give a red rats arse about the schedule next year? Any number of things happen between now and then. That "easier team" could be a juggernaut last year. Case in point, the Ravens. Last year this time thought would be the Bengals would be a much tougher task that the Ravens. How did that end up?
  23. Agree. Shakir has been on a clear upward trajectory this season. Right now my biggest worry about him is that the Bills will project that to continue and use that as reasoning to bypass signing or drafting a WR high. Kind of like they projected Gabe Davis. While I like Shakir and I think he continues to improve I kind of see his ceiling as WR3. Hopefully, Beane does too.
  24. Thank you for posting this. A few observations and opinions: 1. Shakir has earned more snaps. However seeing him in 15% more than Diggs and being Diggs didn't even see a snap on the Bills first possession of the 2nd half (the TD drive) this all screams to me that Diggs has some kind of injury he's fighting through. Does anyone remember which game he got picked up and basically suplexed onto the back of his head/neck? 2. If Murray is getting 19 snaps and on one of those he dropped a key pass and on another he couldn't plunge forward for a yard...I see no reason he's active on GameDay. They were even using Cook down near the goal line yesterday. Murray has played well in spots, but this late in the season it seems he's just out of gas. It's Fournette time. 3. Speaking of wasting 19 snaps, Sherfield being out there is pointless as well. I'd like to see those split between Shakir and Kincaid. 4. DaQuan Jones getting 28 snaps is promising. Settle getting 20; I feel like he made the most of his reps. Seemed on live watch to have a few flashes this week. Much more noticeable than Poona Ford in the same amount of snaps IMO. 5. No wasted snaps on Von Miller this week.
