  1. Was speaking about AJE, not Groot.
  2. Here's the way I approach this trade. I am pretty sure in the great scheme of things Claypool will make little to no difference on the field when it comes to wins and losses. At BEST he's WR3 at worst WR5. But also, I just picked him up in fantasy. Because I'm wrong sometimes, too.
  3. Yes, their real weak spot is LBer. This solves nothing for them. Just a move to make a move really. But we have seen this from Miami for years and years. Saw some speculation that because of his size they may view him as a Deebo type. And that would be magnificent...take the ball out of Tua and Achane's hands as much as possible. I like that...for us.
  4. Yup. Bad things can happen. But choosing a bad result with no effort isn't always the answer, either. The question of why he isn't revered here is answered with that one play. It isn't so much that play is that his whole career here was a "business decision". That play just seems like the best example of his efforts for the entirety of his time here.
  5. That's next to nothing and he may care a bit more playing for a top offense. That said this was a dumb move for Miami. Taking the risk of absorbing another huge ego on the team. With Berrios playing well in the slot already and there still only being 1 ball to get spread around...just not worth the risk IMO. But Miami just loves collecting "big names" for no benefit.
  6. They had Diggs mic'd up but they couldn't release the audio because he was just calling Maddy Glab a MFer for 3 hours.
  7. They keep hoarding the outcome to themselves, when if they let us know we could make MILLIONS off Vegas. Like, Ko Simpson level cash. EFF the Aussies.
  8. Getting the first down or not getting it really has no bearing. It was a business decision on his part. Had he tried and failed the effort would have been remembered and appreciated. On Diggs long TD just last week he didn't stop. Didn't just go down. Fought through 2 guys. Point is you never know what may happen on a play.
  9. Hear me out... Have you ever known someone that just has drama and bad luck follow them around? Almost like they are cursed to some aspect? Is Edmunds cursed? Think about all the weirdness over the last few seasons he was here. Last year seemed like an uncanny and almost unreal set of events from preseason to the off-season. And most of it was away from the field weird stuff. Then he signs with Chicago. And it seems weekly there is that same weird vibe there now. Coaches house getting raided. The Claypool situation playing out. Much more as well. Who's the one common factor in all the weirdness?
  10. I am just not getting pumped for this game. Not sure if it's the opponent, that were coming off a big win over the hated Dolphins or the early start and weirdness of it being in London.
  11. Hate losing a guy like him for the game, but rather it be early in the season than late/playoffs. AJE has been playing well. I sort of expect more Lawson on early downs and AJE in pass situations. As well as he's been playing he's still a liability in the run game and the Jags can run the ball.
  12. This "Edmunds" from the Bears is so close to making some big plays. He's going to be really really good when he grows up.
  13. Lmao...no clue what happens there. But I'm not crazy. Maybe a bit inebriated...but mostly sane.
  14. Could very well be. Could be that they planned to go and already had the tickets to fly and decided "why not". The chance to hang with friends in London would be something they likely looked forward to. Time will tell, for sure.
  15. One of the best to ever do it.
  16. I don't care about Urban or Wilson. No way Josh loses this game at this point in his career to NFL Barbie. Bills beat Jagz, Matt Milano cuts Trevor's hair at midfield after the game.
  17. No one has linked the Peter Pan page yet to this? Y'all SLIPPING.
  18. A lot of people work on Sunday. Should they hold off games then as well to accommodate their schedule?
  19. He really is. The best part about the way Acho breaks down film is the way he takes the time to explain things. He did a breakdown on the punt return that ended the Jets game that was phenomenal. You don't see a lot of special teams play breakdowns.
  20. Buy: Kaiir Elam. Simply put his stock is at an all time low. I'm scooping up all the Elam notes I can because it's bound to go 📈. While he may not be a super scheme fit and his opportunity comes a little later than most would have liked to see, he does now hav an opportunity and I believe he will make some plays if called upon. This is a long term investment plan. Sell: James Cook. Cook has started off extremely well and I expect that to continue. However, I have noticed a slight uptick on snaps for Latavius Murray, especially on 3rd downs. I think as the season progresses and the weather goes from nice to moody, Murray will see more action and Cook will take less hits in preparation for the postseason. Hold: Eric Washington. I would be hard pressed to remember a time when our DLine has had the impact it has had so far this season over the last 25 years. And his unit still has a first ballot HoFer due to come fully back any time. Seeing guys like Groot and AJE develop and payoff is wonderful to see. Ed Oliver is having a career year so far. I'm holding the Washington stock because I think he has an inside track (along with Bobby Babich) to take over as DC next year.
