  1. Brown was getting slapped around before he got hurt. Dion Dawkins just doesn't seem to care about anything except donuts and his "Schnow Brand".
  2. I said it in another thread and I'll repeat it. Bringing Daboll back would be like going back to your ex...only to be reminded quickly why they are your ex. They guy was just as frustrating as Brady. The same tendency to call those cute plays at the wrong time. He would frequently abandon the run. No thank you. Let's get someone with a fresh outlook.
  3. That's why I don't buy the whole "they coached it out of him" Guy has taken a beating most years. He knows how he plays. I think a large part of him staying in the pocket is him trying to save mileage on his body. He knows how he feels. Now he just needs guys that can get open for him so he doesn't have to hang onto the ball so long. Or an OC that can call quick hitters that aren't bubble screens.
  4. As proof to your comment, his self written autobiography is titled "They Called Me Dirty" And it was a very good read.
  5. The lost of dirty player starts and ends with our very own Conrad Dobler. Anyone else is just an amateur in comparison.
  6. He a natural. Maybe it's him and not Josh that will demand a trade to the Rams for more movie roles
  7. He called a time out, didn't he?
  8. I don't see the sailboat
  9. The Browns and Chiefs have already scheduled Top-30 visits with the assailants.
  10. Absence makes the heart grow fonder. I can't believe how many people forget how frustrating he was here. Would frequently abandon the run. Wayyyyyy to many "cute" play calls. This would be like someone going back to their ex because they are going through a dry spell....only to remember EXACTLY why she's your ex to begin with
  11. That was a big risk. I also think they severely overestimated what Joshua Palmer would bring to the offense. To their credit they look to be right on Kincaid improving when healthy because he's looked awesome when remotely healthy. The caveat there of course being he hasn't stayed healthy. The only pass play where I felt like we got em was the 4th and 27 hook and ladder. That was really some stuff our defense would give up on that spot. Also, it's hard to call designed runs for Allen when Houston did what they did. They kept amazing gap integrity. They didn't rush Allen as much as walk the pocket back into his lap. And they knew they had time because our guys couldn't get open. I know people are going to knee jerk react to what I'm about to say here. You're spot on. He's not the same with his mobility as he used to be. I know people want to point at Brady and McDermott, but Allen himself is most to blame here. It's his body and he knows how he feels. When he does run, he never has had what I would call a light running style. Even going back to Wyoming....hits have started adding up. It likely takes him a lot longer to heal than it used to. I think physically, we are closer to the end of his mobility than most of us realize. Several times this year Allen has set personal records for most time from snap to throw. Houston is an extreme case...by he's having to hold the ball longer because...wait for it....no one can get open. And Brady makes the issue worse by calling long developing mesh concepts. Now, mesh is great because it is what we wanted...see the scheme get people open. But they didn't have the time for that Thursday.
  12. He was running for his life. Literally. He didn't have time to set his feet and throw before the pressure was in on him.
  13. Ah that's right. The robbers are their super fans. My bad all. That's...that one's on me.
  14. Robbery seems more like a Chiefs prerequisite.
  15. Classy move from a vet player if done on purpose.
