Chip Kelly was an arrogant d—. I don’t see McD as that but I’ll give him a pass on some of these decisions. I’m as bitter as anyone about the kooks aid taste of playoffs now turning in my mouth, but I still will give McD the pass he deserves this year with this questionable batch of talent. Id like to see the Bills right the ship on the blowouts at least. I dont think any answers lie with Peterman. But Tyrod did look like garbage today and he had plenty of time unlike last week. He doesn’t play defense, and Brady couldn’t have outscored the Saints today, but still Tyrod stunk. And Mike Tolbert makes me mental. Every time he touches the ball.

This will happen but cleaning up the wealth of atrocious behavior is a bigger problem by far. In non-celeb workplaces, women don't have much to gain by going public with accusations in proportion to what they gain. So far the celeb accusations (with the shocking exception of Sheen who appears to be innocent ?!?) have lots of sources and accounts to stand on. Spacey's and now Roy Moore's child molestation were the worst ones so far. A lot of bad actors out there quaking in their boots. The headline stories haven't been denied too much thus far by the perpetrators. Even George Bush seems to be involved in some ass-grabbing. Roy Moore and Charlie Sheen are the only ones issuing full denials. And Bill Cosby.

Sounds like there are a few women with the same tale. WTF is with these guys? My friend is an employment lawyer. He is swamped right now. If you want to hire management, the street will be full of fresh resumes in a few weeks.

McD is a lot like Andy Reid, in a good way. He sticks to coach speak and cliches. His simple messaging IS making a difference. He's right that this team will have clunkers (look at the scrap heap of talent they have!). And I'm sure what troubled him the most last night was less where the talent failed and more the massive mental errors: all the penalties, fundamental tackling breakdown for reasons unknown given how well they've done it to date, and 2 of the 3 turnovers (can't really fault TT on his fumble as much as the other two).

Looking at the body of evidence he turned in last season, I disagree.

Why? All the negative folk do it to feel safe. They will always seek each other out in their weakness. Its a nice communal thing humans do in weakness. Imagine them herding together like zebras at any sense that there is danger. There danger over there. Panic panic panic. Pretty evolutionary behavior. Let them huddle up. Makes them fee better.

If this team plays 4 undisciplined games like last night this season, it will be 28 less than it played in the last two years.

Im with Bill in NYC. They are exceeding expectations by 1000. Last night was the first undisciplined game they played in 8. There is a new culture. But they wont coast to 12-4 with their talent. And the Jets are pretty good. So, Bills laid an egg and Jets played great. It happens. The Bills are not a great team. But they are trending up under new leadership. How they react to this loss will be telling. Hopefully they get back to the hard work of building.

People here have been saying it for weeks. But Barry Sanders wouldnt have done one more thing than Tolbert last night.
