  1. Bills have a lot of holes. QB is #1 for sure but they can’t give up more than one pick to move up. Might have to gamble on a lesser move.
  2. Why? I don't know much about her. Sounds OK. I barely notice the NFL play by play person. The color commentator is who catches my ear.
  3. And um, do you recall the Jets game? IF they can drop a stinker like that to the Jets, imagine what Brady and Co can do in Foxboro. I take very little from this team in terms of consistency. Coaching is better. Fundamentals are better. I like where they are headed culturally. But they do not have consistency. I worry about all 3 games.
  4. It kicks in once there are 4, which there are not now, but soon will be.
  5. Pretty sure common opponents will kick in once the Ravens play the Colts, so the Bills are only in right this second.
  6. Replays this season have been markedly better. Call on field usually stands and it's much faster than when the ref used to duck under the hood. I don't see any reason to change the current system.
  7. Right--what I said. You don't think TT can get a serious passing game going and I agree. But Peterman hasn't shown us anything to give any hope at all, except that he's not Tyrod. Given the choice, and it's not a great one, I vote Tyrod. And the moment they are eliminated, give the ball to Peterman to see if he can stop making stupid decisions. Even yesterday he was rushing his throws when he didn't have to. There's quick release and stupid release. He needs to retain the former and lose the later.
  8. They have to bring in a QB this week if Peterman looks to be out. They can't have the special teams gunner as the backup. You're basing that on TT's failings and nothing Peterman has shown us.
  9. Yeah. I don't see how they do it. Only 1 of the Bills, Ravens, Titans, and Chiefs/Chargers is going to make it in. The Ravens have the best chance to win out and go 10-6. I can't see the Bills keeping pace with that and even at 9-7,
  10. They won't catch the Ravens. The team to catch is the Chiefs.
  11. Ravens are winning out. Browns, Colts, Bengals.
  12. No I wouldn't. I'd be pissed the BUFFALO Bills didn't win the best snow game ever. That's what I'd be pissed about.
  13. The brushes were for older turf. They were using them for a bery short time on the rubber ball turf fields but they ruin the turf by picking up all the balls. It's a disaster. It was great. I love games where weather matters. IF every game was like this, it's an issue. But almost no games are. Enjoy it. It is, after all, a game. And as any kid who played football from Buffalo can attest, it was fun and relatable watching that today. Retractable would not allow much snow in. Not worth it. Screw the dome. The dome people are probably the same folks who were complaining earlier this year about people not sitting down during the games!
  14. I’m shocked anyone would want a dome. Sure, if today’s game happened every week, it would suck. But it rarely happens and when it does embrace it. Buffalo = snow Suck it up buttercups.
  15. Do you want to be on either side of a BTC for a product (that is not speculative) transaction? Of course not, because it has no stability.
  16. It’s realistic because no one accepts bitcoins as payment. They have to be converted to a real currency to get 99.999% of things done. And thus its fluctuation is relevant when discussing its relevance (or not) as currency. We both agree it is not a currency. It’s a highly speculative asset class.
  17. The way I phrased it is right. But of course since no one thinks of Bitcoins as anything but related to real currency, you're confused. Let's say it was Summer 2017 and you loaned me half a BTC. At that time, it would be a $2,000 loan as measured in USD, but because the currency we chose was BTC, I'd owe you back half a BTC sometime in the future, not $2000. Fast forward 6 months. The loan is due. I owe you half a bitcoin plus interest. No problem if I have half a bitcoin on hand. But if I don't, I have to deposit $8,000 to buy half a BTC by today's exchange rate. Oops. And you can flip the hypotehtical around too. Fast forward 6 months. The loan is due. I owe you half a bitcoin plus interest. BTC value is back to what it was not that long ago. $500 to 1 BTC...$250 to 0.5 BTC. So I give you the half a BTC in payment on my loan. Suhweet! And that, my friends, is not a currency anyone serious about financials will touch until it's stable as a measure of value. Not a soul would tell you it's stable now and anyone accepting it as payment except for speculative ventures is loco. But as an investment, it will never go down.
  18. Zay has 25 catches for 291 and 2 TDS. Almost better than all 3 combined. Maybe the "Zay is a bust" stuff was overblown? Kupp and JuJu are the stars so far but it helps that they have good QBs.
  19. Imagine if you took out a $2,000 worth of bitcoin loan earlier this year. You'd now owe $200,000+. We can't even discuss it without regard to governmental backed currency and right now. Continue to beware: It's wildly speculative. Maybe it will keep rising nonstop.
  20. Negan vs the triumverate is OK. I like the idea of the Kingdom and people wanting to believe. Gene's dilemma is OK. But everything about the trash people is stupid. It's been what, 7 years or so since things went to crap. And in that time this group lost all knowledge of how to speak? The Rick-team rebels attacking outside the plan doesn't make any sense whatsoever. It's OK that the writers wanted Negan and crew to escape. That's a place the plot needed to go. So come up with a way that flows with the characters' development. They need to kill the trash people and get the Negan-fighting back on track. End the season with the entirety of the triumverate overrun with walkers and the gang back on the road. That's when it's best.
  21. Your post is why they need to lose. 4-0 isn't happening. Even if they try, they are looking at 2-2 since Miami is definitely not a lock. And the two wins will just put them that much further from picks they need. Start the guys of the future. Don't rush anyone back who's injured. Build for 2019. Bradford starting QB with the QB of the future riding the pine until Bradford gets hurt (week 5-6).
  22. Love this comment from a Pats fan on ESPN. "He's due for another injury so a 4 game suspension to keep him healthy for the playoffs would be perfect."
