Link? Not actually true, but in this case, one of them is probably lying, and the lack of evidence would support that Kavanaugh shouldn't go down over the mere accusation. Though we would benefit from more testimony. This again? No thanks. And either way, why not just answer why I'm here, since you and DR appear to have a theory and you just said that I'm here for some reason other than just that I'm !@#$ed in life that I got born a Bills fan.

Probably not. "Going to Timmy for skis with Judge" Skiing. Right. I've asked you about this before but you never answer. What is it that you think I am? You keep saying I'm a plant here from another place. That I followed Dreanged from elsewhere. Please let everyone know. I'd like the entirety of the board to hear your conclusion about who I am and why I'm here.

Do you think Renate Alumnus was a tribute to their good friend, mentioned multiple times in the yearbook? And that "Skis with Judge" refers to trying out skis in July? It's worth noting that the future Supreme Court Justice had zero trouble lying under oath about his high school years. Do you think those were lies under oath? You think he was telling the truth on those. I don't. It's OK that we disagree. He's going to get approved but it's still worth noting that in that display of hurt and indignation, that I found totally sincere, he pulled out quite a few lies, spoken with anger and conviction. It's possible she's a pawn who the Dems don't care about even a little AND he lied under oath several times.

Renate Alumnus. We all know what the boys meant. It was like most boys lie that they had sexual relations with a girl, but those boys were not lauding her friendship. His weeping defense of her was probably genuine because she's now the center of a media circus and he's sorry for that but we know what the boys meant. No drinking until 18. Right. No time to party on weeknights. Uh huh. Beach Ralph Club referred to his weak stomach. Uh, sure Brett. "Go to Timmy's for skis with Judge" was a reference to buying skis, not brew-skis. Give me a break. In sub-Saharan Africa, the guys are laughing at that clunker. Not saying it matters to the accusation, but he lied under oath with all the indignant outrage that he could muster about his high school years. "You want to ask me more questions about my yearbook?" No thanks. You showed you can lie about high school.

Sad moment for the nation. Both stories from today have holes and some lies, but neither testimony was utterly damning or convincing. I found them both credible. Both sides' politicians did nothing to lead today. Nothing to heal a divide. No one took a shot at hearing the other side. Everyone suited up in battle armor and grandstanded while the Dems moved their piece against the R's piece. No end in sight for this divide because there's no one stepping into any middle ground leadership role and neither side wants to hear the other. Gross political day. I'll be happy when this vote is in the rearview mirror.

It's not easy to be on cross. It was just a bad answer. Not that big of a deal but sounded dumb. He sounded less credible saying that Renate Alumnus thing in the yearbook meant they were her friend. That was bull but I undertand why he didn't own it. Those Jesuit boys all had something like that in the 80s.

"If everyone who drinks beer...will be accused of sexual assault." Strawman makes an appearance. Good that he tackles the yearbook. "Alumnus" means "friend." Yeah right. Sorry Brett: That is full of shite. We wll know what was intended by Renate Alumnus and her many mentions. I doubt 100% that they had sex with her, but we know what you Jesuit boys intended. Not a reason to keep you from the SC but please don't try to bull **** us while you're trying to be sincere.

"I think Dr. Ford is exceptionally credible." - Judge Andrew Napolitano "A lot of folks" are "viewing her as a very credible witness." -Fox anchor Shannon Bream "This is a disaster for the Republicans." - Chris Wallace Can these quotes be true or is this more FakeNews? PPP is more hardcore than FoxNews. Nice!

The Rs can't say Ford is credible enough to call before the Senate and give her testimony about a sexual assault (which they did when they allowed this)...and then refuse to question the eyewitness. The Rs gave in and allowed this to happen. I don't see how they can proceed without doing some follow-up. Mitchell didn't produce DR's Twitter buddy's Gorsuch letter that he thinks is 50-50 true, and without a torpedo of that magnitude, they need to follow-up on what they heard.

Let's hear from him under cross and subject him to questioning. The guy was supposedly in the room. It's not that hard to do. He is an eyewitness supposedly. My guess is that he corroborates Kavanaugh's testimony. So let's hear from him and the very few others and be done. You can't leave the eyewitness out though. That makes no sense.
