  1. Because not all drafted players count fully on the overall cap due to "top 51" rule, the Bills will only need about $3-4 million of cap space to sign the draft class and the rookie pool will be a higher number.

"Cash to cap" depends on structure of the deals and who makes final roster.

  2. *points to himself*

    This guy!

My fiancé and I are moving out to Hamburg in the fall, and we went out there last week to finalize a few things with her school. After all of that was taken care of, the first order of business was to pick up season tickets for the first time in my life.

    Now, my friends...I am complete.

  3. Its more complicated than just what needs are the strongest. We have a lot of needs. Granted, I think WR, TE, and CB are the most pressing, but if there's no one of value at those positions and a stud o-lineman is there, you pick him and get someone else later on. It would be stupid to reach for a player at one of those positions when there's an outstanding player at another need just sitting there.

  4. As of 3/18/08, I have the Bills $21,971,267 under an adjusted salary cap of $129,442,009 with $5,314,721 "dead cap" and $40,448,327 "cash to cap" available.

All players on the roster, including tendered players, are accounted for in the above numbers and also adjusted for top 51 rule

  5. April 8, 2007 San Diego. The San Diego Tribune reports that the bidding war for Turner is heating up. Several new teams have entered the competition for Turner's services. Sources close to GM A.J. Smith who asked to not be identified have said that one of the new suitors is the Colts. Although seemingly set at the running back position they have made an offer. They are said to be offering their first and second round picks this year, their second round pick next year, and QB Peyton Manning for Turner and San Diego's seventh round pick next year. GM Bill Polian was quoted as saying "You can't have to many second string backs in this league".

    LOL

  6. I am.

I have dishes to do again, and vacuuming planned. My working wife, even with my quirks and shortcomings, has an excellent domestic at her disposal. As well as mechanic, gardener, mower, plumber, etc.

And cook. She gets a fine breakfast, I pack a superior lunch, and make delicious suppers.

I bought 68 cent a pound turkey today. An Easter turkey dinner. And like after Christmas, I hope to again purchase an excellent spiral ham at the 60 cent/lb prices.

    Stuckincincy, he is a keeper

Sounds like a day two pick
