    Because not all drafted players count fully on the overall cap due to "top 51" rule, the Bills will only need about $3-4 million of cap space to sign the draft class and the rookie pool will be a higher number. "Cash to cap" depends on structure of the deals and who makes final roster.

    As of 3/18/08, I have the Bills $21,971,267 under an adjusted salary cap of $129,442,009 with $5,314,721 "dead cap" and $40,448,327 "cash to cap" available. All players on the roster, including tendered players, are accounted for in the above numbers and also adjusted for top 51 rule

    Tennessee can just draft Lynch at #19 or maybe even bring Chris Brown back..........they have more options available than the Bills. But this will also lower the price the Bills need to pay I would swap #2's and give up the higher #3 in '08.............
