  1. I have SD and ATL I will take 2 more teams but you need to tell me which ones to take.
  2. Who's in charge?
  3. I think this thread should be destroyed. It's no longer valid
  4. Bills offered Pat Williams 3 yrs extension for $11 million w/ $4 million sb with no decrease in his 2004 salary. It would have been an additional $1 million cap hit on 2004. Then the salaries for 2005-2007 would have totalled $7 million His deal with Minnesota, 3 yrs-$13 million with $6 million in guarantees and $2 million in incentives Salaries 2005 1400000.00 2006 2400000.00 2007 2650000.00 Add the salaries up and you get $6.45 million ($550,000 less than the Bills offer) Big Pat moved on for an extra $2 million upfront, but less in the way of salary. I do not know if the Bills offered incentives last yr or not. Tell me he wanted to stay again and I'll sell ya the Peace Bridge cheap
  5. You asked, I provide Details of Big Mike's contract: - $7.275M SB on signing spread over 6 years length (4 years, plus options for 2006 & 2007) at $1,212,500 per season. - Base: $962,500 in 2002; $558,125 in 2003; $486,250 in 2004; $726,875 in 2005; $967,500 in 2006; $1,208,125 in 2007. - $3.225M 2006 Option/Buyout due in 2003, spread at $645,000 per season from 2003-2007. - $1.25M 2007 Option/Buyout due in 2004, spread at $312,500 per season from 2004-2007. - Cap Numbers are currently figured using base plus bonuses (including options). 2002 - $2,175,000; 2003 - $2,415,625; 2004 - $2,656,250; 2005 - $2,896,875; 2006 - $3,317,500; 2007 - $3,378,125. - Escalators and incentives could increase the deal to a total of $44M for the 6 year length. - One time $1.25M NLTBE for minimum p/t & team NLTBE any season. - up to $1M Pro Bowl honors. - One-time $550K NLTBE in 2003. - 2005 Escalates to $4M base + $3M roster bonus. $1.5M other NLTBE in 2005. - 2006 Escalates to $4M base + $3M roster bonus (option year). $1.5M other NLTBE in 2006. - 2007 Escalates to $5M base (option year). $3.5M other NLTBE in 2007. *** The deal is structured in a manner that Williams' will have palatable cap hits if he is a decent player, but if he is a very good player the Escalators that kick in after 3 seasons will force the Bills into signing him to a long-term extension at top money.
  6. Atlanta selects WR Reggie Brown from Georgia
  7. Next 4 picks: Do we have owners for GB,Den, and NYJ?? I am the owner of ATL 24. Green Bay 25. Denver 26. NY Jets 27. Atlanta
  8. Seattle owner non-existent Seattle selects LB Channing Crowder from Florida
  9. Jacksonville owner personna non grata Jacksonville selects CB Carlos Rogers from Auburn Via PM, Baltimore selects WR Mark Clayton from Oklahoma **Seattle on the clock**
  10. Jacksonville next Then Baltimore
  11. Who owns Dallas??
  12. I will take on Atlanta
  13. I do not understand why everyone frets over MW's cap number. He was the 4th overall in 2002 and with that comes a contract conmensurate with being the 4th overall. All highly drafted players have escalators tied to minimum playing time/performance. His play in 2004 greatly improved IMO and he's on the cusp of being a top RT. Yes, I leave him there!! There's no rush to re-work his deal to free up cap space. Bills could be waiting for CBA negotiations to change the amortization rules, so a new deal can spread out bonuses over 6 or 7 yrs again as opposed to only 5 yrs now. Bills can find cap space in other ways as they did by guaranteeing Schobel's $2 million roster bonus and saving $1.6 million in order to sign Holcomb and Gandy. I, for one, am not worried PS: NO! Bills do not need to do a thing in order to draft players. Bills are complicent with the "top 51" rule, thus, they only need to be 1 penny under the cap.
  14. San Diego, after deal with Chicago (RRich will confirm), selects WR Braylon Edwards from Michigan **Deal: SD sends #12 & #28 to Chicago for #4 and DE Michael Haynes**
  15. But I do not know who owns what team Cleveland and Chicago owners......PM me
  16. Richie Rich Can you fill in the 1st post with who has what team(s)? If I would like to deal, with whom do I deal?
  17. They also need to investigate whether she helped him escape, etc. When they are able to clear that angle, then she will likely get the $$$ and much more cuz she's been on every frickin' news station already.
  18. I believe that someone formerly responsible in blocking for Peyton Manning is someone we want to consider blocking for J. P. Losman. I'm sure he could bring incredible experience that can help Losman develop. DeMulling's versatility, C or LG, is also valuable. As long as the deal is less than $3 million/yr, which it appears it will be because only 2 teams are interested, I welcome it. The deal could be set up as a 4 yr deal with a ridiculous 5th yr that brings up the "value" overall. I say sign him
  19. About 1/2 north of Ridge Rd on South Park Ave across the street from Sorrento's plant
  20. You betta pay my a$$ first
  21. At this point, our draft party is still up in the air. We have had one at Reckkio's bowling alley the past 2 yrs and it's a good time. We welcome all, regardless of team. It's likely that the party will start a little later than in the past. Maybe 3pm Details will be available at BZ soon cuz I be the man with the plan and make the arrangements with the bowling alley All you heroes who wanna bowl me for $$$......BRING IT ON!!
