  1. There will be a number of updates as the offseason develops.....right now, I'm awaiting clarification on numbers for Lindell and Peters.
  2. My 2007 Bills Cap Page is ready for y'all You can find it HERE or use link in my sig My 2007 Miami Cap Page is also available......use link in sig Any questions? Just leave them in this thread. Can admin please "sticky" this
  3. 2007 cap page will be up soon
  4. I would consider $3 million/ yr or more if I remembered him making a tackle behind the line of scrimmage
  5. He hasn't played enough to hit escalators of aboot $3 million and it's not likely his escalators would be applied until his last year of his contract in 2008. I have his cap number at $765,000 and I have no doubts that what Steve has on his page is a typo. error
  6. I do not have a problem with this if the Bills are the road team
  7. No, it's not a big deal because, as someone said, Big Pat clearly was interested in the highest bidder. Minnesota also had a huge salary cap advantage and was able to give him a roster bonus instead of signing bonus. This is why Minnesota was able to give more upfront than the Bills.
  8. Bills offered similar money over 3 yrs, Pat Williams left because Minnesota gave a bit more upfront.......I do not blame the Bills, who BTW, gave "Big Pat" his opportunity as an UDFA
  9. G-3 money is not free money...it's a loan and is subtracted from future TV revenue payouts to the team
  10. Left over cap space is applied to any "not-likely-to-be-earned" incentives earned by players on the roster
  11. I believe Leonard is a late 1st-early 2nd rd pick................would love to see him here in Buffalo and YES, I would take him if it was determined he was the best value on the draft board..........
  12. Congrats and thanks from one vet to another Can't help ya with the bar thing though LOL
  13. simply put........since a team can amortize ( spread out) signing bonuses, a team can spend over the cap every year. Player gets $5 million signing bonus over 5 yrs, it only counts $1 million each year, but it's all paid to the player in the 1st yr of the deal........other bonuses like NLTBE's would also be paid in the yr earned but not count on cap until following yr........
  14. Maybe I should swing by and say hello
  15. when I post my 2007 cap page, I will include a "signed thru 20XX" column
  16. I have 2...........that's all I can afford BUT I wouldn't complain if prices went up a few dollars.......if that's what it takes to keep the team
  17. Not at this time, however, I wouldn't be overly burdened if prices were raised. If we are to continue having a team here in WNY, prices will need to increase IMO
  18. We can get OT help later.......Calvin Johnson is a game changer IMO. I like Doug Free, LOT, from No. Illinois. I think he could be a solid LT for yrs to come.
