    I don't like to take Mike Brown's side, but J. Chase is a year away from a typical extension. On the other hand, it may be less expensive to do it now - if M. Brown plans on doing it at all.

    Damir Hamlin is a 4th safety in the NFL, and that is what we are down to. His familiarity with the system will provide a few early season starts. Thursday in Miami will be a problem.

    I think the Bills FO conflated Harty and Evans somehow. Evans should have been released and Harty should have been IR, designated to return.
