Different Campbell. Mark was a TE we acquired from the Saints.

I think Jax is all Urban and Mr. Baalke is just there to advise and provide info from the scouts. I think Urban has final say and roster control

He played for the Bills a few years didn't he? I think we traded a 4th rounder for him in the early 90's.

Thanks Shaw. I think that is a great point about the OL not drifting downfield on the Knox touchdown. Tough win, but the time is now. Need to be ready to be better against the next opponent

I think that I prefer 39Levi to 29Norman. Couldn't figure why 29Norman was getting so many snaps I think that Colts played extremely well. Especially with the field position advantage throughout the first half I was very frustrated that we could never get home to Rivers and he kept shot putting those lopsided ducks to the tight ends for first downs. The Colts meanwhile had constant pressure on Josh. I have been thinking that the draft class has been good. 13Gabriel and 2Tyler are real good. ZMoss20 made a huge contribution, 57 is coming on a little bit, and Dane Jackson has been pretty good when called upon. For anyone who Billieves the time is now and the Bills can rise to grasp that destiny - well I would second that emotion

Football Outsiders on Bills offense against Miami
CNYfan replied to HappyDays's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Excellent Thank You -
I think that League wide there will be many 1 or 2 year deals looking for fans to return and then recalibrate. I agree that the Bills will be looking to keep the players they love currently on the roster and making some painful decisions about players that won't fit their financial capacity (cap) looking forward. But this discussion is really for the middle of February, 2021. presently there exist games that must be won. We are concentrating on getting the job done against the Indianapolis Colts.

Round 1 Playoff: Colts at Bills - Sat. 1/9 1:05pm
CNYfan replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
We shouldn't worry about the day, time or preferred opponent. The Bills must meet the challenge and get the job done. The time is now, no fear. Go Bills -
Thanks Shaw. I think that the road ahead will be hard and there will be traps and fright along the way. But I think the time is now and the Bills must raise to meet this challenge. Nobody knows what tomorrow will bring but the Bills are here now and the time is now. I billieve.

#20ZMoss doesn't run for much but he gets that short yardage first down. I think he had a TD tonightas well

Week 16 Postgame Thread Bills @ Pats*
CNYfan replied to Chandler#81's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I think the NE coach set it up to let 88Knox beat them if anybody. And after after (the drop) a few nice completions it loosened things up and eventually Stefan14 one on one and boom, it was in the rearview. Thank TSW Keep it classy -
Week 16 Bills @ Patriots* PreGame Thread MNF

I hope that Bills are humble and focused. Pride goeth before destruction, and an haughty spirit before a fall. -
I think Kumerow will get claimed

Which retread NFL Head Coach would you hire?
CNYfan replied to JohnNord's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I think Raheem Morris was very young when he coached at Tampa. He is still relatively young and has done ok as an interim, with a bad roster. Raheem deserves some consideration -
I think the female Line Judge was being ignored totally by her fellow crew members. She would come in with the spot but the Referee would go into the scrum confer with the Line Judge on the opposite side and make a spot and a call. More than once I saw her come down the line and change her line when she saw the other Line Judge. even if she had a better view of the spot. I don't think the crew wanted to deal with her and she wasn't brave enough to stick her head in there and tell them what she saw. I am speculating on my reading of their actions, but that is how I read it.

How do you know when Bills fans have gone too far?
CNYfan replied to John Gianelli's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I think he was a doink. But he had that sacred heart avatar with Trent's head photoshopped. Strange poster -
Is anybody keeping it humble and hungry?

A Few Thoughts About the Broncos Game, in no particular order
CNYfan replied to Virgil's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Thank you Virgil. I think the your feelings generally reflected the zeitgeist of Bills Mafia at the time of the Josh Allen selection. My thoughts went to the young man and his family when I stepped up on this board to oppose the backlash. To some extent it reminded me of the negative reaction Donavan McNabb received when he was the 2nd pick by the Eagles. He was drownd in boos for Philly fan and dejectedly took off his draft hat on the stage while the boos rained down. (I can't remember who they wanted, a running back I think). In any event we are a very lucky fanbase to have this fine young man as the QB of our favorite rooting interest franchise. Come see the great spirit, not for beggars but for kings. You who have found it please help me along. I'm a man, I'm a man, - I'm not made out of stone. I think the Bills still have a few too many mistakes and would love to see them tighten up the penalties. The Milano roughing lead to one score, and the fumble, of course, to another. Josh's playmaking does gloss over many of the mistakes on offense but if the Bills are going to finish the work they will need to reduce the errors. I think #13Davis has to put in a lot of work into his blocking technique and his desire to be physical with NFL defenders. The defense has improved so much the last 4/5 games that it is night and day. This defense looks good and I am glad that #99 Phillips has been invited back into polite society. He seems to be playing well as he continues to heal. Oh well, as everyone else I am very joyful puppy this cold December morn.
