Cause I don’t really believed the nfl did. Mcd and Taylor talked, mcd said we’re not going back out there and Taylor went along with him. The players association stepped in and told the nfl the game was done. maybe I’m wrong but that’s how I’m seeing it

I honestly think beane and mcd need to make the call and forfeit the game. This is a huge mess now and other teams are being punished when it was our guy that got hurt. The league is prolly punishing the bengals in a way because they didn’t force to keep playing on us when mcd called it off. If you don’t think they are heated about that behind closed doors I think it’s being foolish. They clearly wanted the game to continue IMO.

The real kicker is friggin kc ending up the #1 seed once again. Andy Reid probably getting his cheeseburgers ready. Would rather hand over the one seed to cincy than have kc get it again. god brought demar back, maybe he can work another miracle tomorrow and the raiders get a win. Kc never covers the spread and I feel like it’s going to be close either way

I think everybody has newfound respect for Taylor and cincy, but he’s clearly not happy here. Sometimes you might have to go off the rulebook in an unprecedented situation like this, but they’re not buying it. This is why maybe we should’ve taken a forfeit

It’s fair to say I’m not sure we would’ve stopped them defensively. On the other hand we also went right down the field on our only drive too we just didn’t punch it in. We also would’ve had the ball after half, so to just assume we would’ve lost is wrong but we were def in trouble defensively

I wouldn’t rule it out but it would kinda lessen the impact of having the 1 seed besides the bye. I wouldn’t see the nfl doing that permanently but who knows

Do you really believe that? I’m not saying I don’t but I’m def questioning it. There was a report that came out a little while ago that said it was the players association that stepped and in called the game, not the nfl. I would absolutely believe that may have happened

I wonder if quietly the nfl and goodell are fuming that they didn’t finish the game. They can come out now and say all the right things, but I don’t really believe them.

Normally I’d say bye without thinking twice about it and I’d prolly still take the bye if I had to make the choice, but on the other hand after these past few days If there was ever a time to have home field advantage it’s right now, so idk
