Dabol is 60% at fault for our offenses play...the other 40% is oline,allen,penalties and drops..and since imo daboll is over half to blame he is the weak link period...he is the head of the offense and he doesnt call to his teams strength..him passing the ball 41 times and running it only 15 is right there to see...same with the philly game in 45mph winds..still a pass happy game..smh

The hate for allen amazes me.....the hate and pitchforks need directed at coaching..esp dabol and to a lesser extent fraziers safe defense when it calls for an aggressive one..situational playcalling on both sides of the ball!

Exactly!!!!.....Dabol is ruining allen amd putting too much on his shoulders...this team is built to set allen up through the run and a defense that doesnt break....both of those things havent really happened in our losses How many years does dabol have as an nfl coordinator? How many years does allen have as a nfl qb?... Dabol has a claim of the #24 ranked offense under his belt as his personal best with two rankings near dead last....singletary was avg better than 4 yards a carry and he only gets 8 carries?...criminal...but yet your 2nd year qb throws it 41....not to mention browns great pass d and their horrible run d it should be a no brainer to run...same against philly...we pass the ball 35 times in 45mph winds and rush like 12..smh..dabol is the main issue and our weakest link on offense

Allen has 20 starts yet dabol has multiple years calling an nfl offense with his best being #24 with multiple dead last #32 rankings...allen doesnt take this blame until the experienced coach who has looked much worse gets the hell out of Buffalo...he is ruining allen

You can post stills of any qb and always find recievers open they missed multiple times.....dabol is worse than allen...esp when you have your 2nd year qb passing for 40 times against a very good pass defense and only rush the ball 15 times against a suspect rush d....every qb misses throws...and in this pic allen was set to throw in a hurry as dawkins was a turnstile and allowed pressure asap...this doesnt prove anything except dawkins wiffed right away

I think for mcdermott to save his job we need two new coordinators. Esp dabol but frazier isn't as good as many fans hold him...he is too conservative How is next year 4?..mcdermotts first year wasnt the rebuild...last year was lol...without dabol being fired though i think the whole regime crashes amd burns..he is the weak link

We are in year 2 of a full blown rebuild..next year is make or break..and im not saying wildcard playoffs...im saying legit superbowl contender who blows out teams like the jets,giants,redskins and browns

Situational play calling...something dabol doesn't possess Run the ball 30 plus times a game from multiple formations and packages...dabol not only doesnt run call as much as he should,he also isnt very creative in his run game...we run predominantly out of 2 or 3 different looks...its telegraphing everytime we do infact run it...maddening...no two back sets...little motion or misdirection...tosses?..screens seldomly called etc..dabol thinks he has the 99 rams team out there lmao

Give the kid a competent offensive coordinator before he is bashed..dabol is slaughtering our offenses potential period...90% of our issues are from play-calling on offense...better play calling we would have won comfortably today
