No, the “process” was turning around a pathetic nothing franchise festering in 17 years of futility and turning it into a contender. That was accomplished. I don’t know why people STILL bash the process thing.

That was more Josh allen and stefon Diggs lol..without josh allen this team struggles to win 6 games pal ...Let me ask you this?! Do you still Trust the process? I'm gonna leave this here...instead of von Miller we could have aj brown opposite diggs or devante adams....said it when McDermott and bean went and spent everything on another weapon for his defense....we have watched this scheme get absolutely shredded in every post season loss we have had 😆

Andy Reid has been a head coach since 1999 and won his first Superbowl in 2019.  The Eagles fired Reid in 2013 and won a ring in 2017.

So do we have to wait 14 more years with McDermott?

Andy Reid also had 4 straight championship game appearances and a superbowl appearance before he was fired also....McDermott isn't even close to the fired version of Reid

Nah. Not at this point. Josh Allen is a veteran QB. You can’t have games against Miami when he decides to take what is given and multiple games like the Patriots game where it’s his way and not the team way. You can’t freaking tell me it’s not being drummed into his head to take the hot WR time and time again.

This is becoming a Josh Allen problem and Ken Dorsey appears to be the whipping boy for it.

Ken dorsey has put allen into a scheme that is Ken dorseys vision...this playbook is not how you use a Josh allen type qb...it's made for the Mac jones, baker mayfields, tuas and other quick release pocket passers...it's no wonder allen is struggling in it...a good coach designs a scheme that compliments the strengths of its top players.....ours sadly does not...it's the old stubborn coaching putting players into their system and demanding change in how the players have played ball since high school 😆

It’s totally up to him but we may have seen the best of Josh Allen.

Put allen in a scheme that compliments his skill set and uncuff him and allen will shoot to the top of the qb rankings just like that.....this offense is a foreign offense to allen and one that is counterproductive to allot of the things allen excels at.....should have drafted a pocket passer with a fast release if this is what our offense was gonna look like lol

Id get rid of Beane, whos draft record is suspect, and panics by trading up every year.

And hire Jim Schwartz as HC and Brian Fleury as OC to bring in the 49s system.

McDermott was what we needed to get right from the draught, but he cant seem to get over the top. Hes like Tony Dungy except Tony didn't have a good QB until Peyton but still only won one.

I still really like McDermott and am not totally down on him but it seems he has not been able to improve daily like he said he would.

No more defensive minded head coaches please

He's been awful for 3 games.  He's got it in him, he just isn't on his A game.  Or B game.  He has the yips.  Hopefully they're gone soon....

The offensive scheme is a total polar opposite to what allen does best..mind numbing how our coaches think this is the best path forward when you have a qb with Allen's skill set

What does that have to do with the fact that Von has the leadership and respect of his team mates to call this kind of meeting? Nothing.

He earned the C on his jersey for a reason, and it's not because he cashed his checks, packed it in, and took his time coming back. It's because he worked his tail off to come back from a torn ACL in 10 God damned months! What's wrong with some of you guys?

Imean, I know "fan" is short for "fanatic." But some of you guys air your strange grievances in the most illogical ways.

The von signing is a major blunder whether he worked his ass off to get back or not...horrible signing

McDermott is going nowhere. Nor should he. Why can’t y’all understand this lol. They’ll go through a full tear down full rebuild before they would even consider it.

It's either ride McDermott and lose Allen's prime or dump McDermott and give the best qb this franchise has ever had a bright OFFENSIVE mind who builds the team around allen not a washed up has been defensive scheme from carolina

  9. Why doesn't McDermott get any blame until just NOW? I mean I look at it the opposite...McDermott has reaped massive praise and credit that has almost all been dependent on josh allen and stefon Diggs.....we honestly have a middling average at best hc and staff with a superstar generational quarterback and wr

2 time SuperBowl champion, SuperBowl MVP, future HOFer, and a guy who has worked his @ss off to join his brothers on the field after an ACL tear less than a year ago... yeah he deserves no respect from his teammates.

I really try to remain civil here, but your take is ridiculous.

You forgot von Miller who took up the money we could have used on a devante Adam's/aj brown caliber wr opposite Diggs..another blunder by our defense minded hc who is suited for the nfl 20 years ago

  11. Trade our first round next year, a player or two and go grab the best wr we can get...load the offense and go balls to the wall on offense and boat race everyone.....too many holes on defense for 1 player to make a significant difference..but another wr1 opposite Diggs brings this offense to the stratosphere...as long as the ball control dink and dunk experiment is scrapped......just freaking focus on putting up point whether it's in 1 minute or 8 minutes....score some damn points!...these long sustained drives do nothing but limit our offense possessions
