Underwhelmed by Rosen.

At a velocity of 50mph, the ball is in flight for 1.43 secs if it travels 35 yrds. Figure about 2.5 to 3.5 sec for the QB to release the ball after the snap. So 4 - 5 sec for the play from snap to completion, or more if the QB is scrambling.

I was searching for last year’s UCLA vs Texas A&M game to rewatch it, and came across the 2016 game which I hadn’t seen. Thoughts on Rosen’s performance here?

I guess he's a Rosen guy and doesn't like the Allen pick, but he said it an obtuse way and gave the Bills a backhanded compliment of sorts.

Amended below. "the Bills didn't think Allen was a good QB compared to Rosen based on watching his film". I don't think that's true. I watched the 2nd half of the UCLA vs Texas A&M game before I knew anything about Rosen and I was unimpressed. He had one ball that went right thew a A&M defenders hands for a TD. He had passes that he heaved into traffic that should have been intercepted. It wasn't that Rosen was good, the A&M defense was terrible. When he opens his open his mouth that's all the more reason to dislike him. I wish Rosen well in Arizona. I'm just glad the Bills didn't draft him. He's old news.

The BS about Allen is mind numbing. I think it's all coming from the Rosen fanboys. Anything good about Allen is a slap to Rosen, for some reason.

I was in favor of holding onto the picks and taking who fell to us at 12, but now that I have studied Allen, we did the right thing. Allen would have been gone, they didn’t like Rosen (rightly so), and would have left Randolph.
