  1. What’s dumb is thinking that he can fix the NCAA. Who knows how much time he wasted that could have been used in more worthwhile pursuits.
  2. They have galvanized a lot of people against them.
  3. If you see that man’s picture in a corporate lobby, you may not want to buy their stock.
  4. And I’m guessing that if you go into any corporate lobby you won’t see a portrait of Karl Marx.
  5. Overhyped based on what I have seen from his play. Maybe he will outperform and live up to the hype, but I am skeptical.
  6. Money is the answer which is why the owners are squelching the protest. It’s bad for business.
  7. Owners have used replacement players before, I’m not sure why they can’t do it again.
  8. They played the national anthems for both teams during the World Cup. It’s not just a US thing.
  9. Earhardt-Perkins system, and hopefully he schemes around our personnel. Ray Perkins graduated from The University of Alabama and coached there, so there is another Alabama connection.
  10. Barners. Tsk, tsk. I am obliged to hate Auburn, but the reality is it’s a fine school, as is Alabama.
  11. I think he’s one of the most overhyped players ever coming out of college because I don’t think he’s that good. The Bills seem to agree. Randolph was apparently on their board and Rosen wasn't.
  12. I think that Rosen is overrated and overhyped, pehaps the most overhyped player ever coming out of college. From the film I have watched he has poor pocket presence, he doesn't throw well on the move, he holds the ball too long, and he tries to extend plays when he should throw the ball away. Watch the second half comeback against Texas A&M that he was so lauded for. It wasn't so much that he played well; the A&M secondary was awful. If he was playing against a good defensive team. two or three passes would have been intercepted and the game would have had a radically different outcome.. I question his longevity. His style of play coupled with his small frame, makes him susceptible to injury, not to mention his concussion history. If I thought that he had the potential to be a great player, I could overlook the fact that he's a loose cannon who lacks a filter, regardless of his stupid and ill-advised comments about the academics at Alabama and Clemson and his remarks about two Clemson players. Urban areas tend to be liberal and rural areas tend to be conservative, but I think it's a leap to project that on to individuals. Frankly, I don't really care what Allen's political beliefs are. I just want to see him win games. I don't have a political litmus test for the players that I root for and support.
  13. Not bad. My company has a plant near Cleveland so I’ll have to share this.
  14. Why would you say that you don’t think you are on the same page politically as Allen? Has Allen ever said anything about his political beliefs? Poking fun at opposing players is a long standing tradition, even former Bills’ players. I’m not sure why having some fun at Rosen’s expense is such an issue. No one seems to get riled up by making fun of Brady. There is a double standard for some reason.
  15. I think the mistake was not releasing Mills after the game.
  16. He sat at the feet of the master last year, so he has learned a lot. We saw what he did last year in the National Championship when he had a quarterback who could throw the ball.
  17. Mills should have been arrested after the game as an accessory to an attempted murder.
