NFLPA Team Report Cards out - Bills are 23/32
Billsflyer12 replied to Roundybout's topic in The Stadium Wall
Maybe a 747 with 500-600 passengers and fully loaded with gas might need close to that on a hot day. Good thing is a NFL team doesn’t need 500-600 seats or over 55,000 gallons of gas to fly 15 hrs nonstop. -

As someone who has piloted many sports charter flights including several NFL team charters, it is crazy to see 340lb players sitting back in coach of plane. The only way to have a plane with 100 1st class type seats is to buy and retrofit your own plane. Not seeing Terry spending that kind of cash to buy and operate team plane. BTW, any current type of plane can normally land in BUF. -
It wasn’t on the Audacy app. Just One Bills Live the whole time.

WGR not carrying this press conference?

Did I state for him to be fired? Just passing on a fact is all. Maybe Sean will make NFL history. BTW, John Fox with the Broncos coached 4 seasons, won 4 division titles, won .720 of games, 1 Super Bowl appearance and was fired after year 4. Gary Kubiak came in the next season and won the Super Bowl.

Trying to find if there are any contracts on out of town buyers? We live in Denver and would attend 3 games, maybe sell 1 or 2, and give rest to local family and friends to use. Thought I saw they may have put rules that you actually had to attend a minimum number of games or you would lose the tickets.

Defense is built to stop average and below offenses.
Billsflyer12 replied to TD716's topic in The Stadium Wall
They are one of the 5 teams that haven’t scored MORE than 30. They scored 30 exactly those 2 games. A little tricky with the numbers. Many of their offensive numbers are very mid for the season so far. BTW, other then scoring so are the Bills offensive numbers. -

Chiefs are 1 of only 5 teams to not have scored 30 points this season. The other 4 (Jets, Patriots, Raiders, Giants) have combines record of 10-42. Their offense has been bad this year. -
Curtis Samuel Turf Toe, Other Injury Updates

Josh is playing thru a finger injury and they have reported it everyday since it happened. -
Curtis Samuel Turf Toe, Other Injury Updates

I would hope that the Bills wouldn’t be risking a massive fine or loss of draft picks for failing to disclose an injury on injury report. Unlikely as they have been reporting Josh finger everyday even though he hasn’t missed a snap in practice or games. -
So in a tie game, with 7 seconds left, near midfield the best defensive plan was to play to prevent a Hail Mary with the last play of regulation? What?

Why were Safeties playing to prevent a TD in a FG situation?

Dawson Knox: 3 receptions in 5 games. $8.5M salary.

Yet another example of this owner, GM, HC, and QB caring more for having a team of nice guys that all get along, then one actually trying to win championships. -
Was actually expecting a big game from Ed Sunday playing back in his hometown.

4-2 in division, likely same as Jets and Dolphins. Yet, 8-9 wins total with all the changes and a brutal schedule. Put my $ on it and hammered the under 10.5 wins.

Bass struggling at minicamp (and now at training camp)

Willing to take 40 million in cap hits for 3 Captains in Diggs, Tre and Mitch and not 4 million on a average kicker seems like at minimum an interesting choice. -
Keon being the only day 1 or 2 WR draft pick for Brandon Beane is just a fact, not debatable. GMBB and HCSM have drafted 6 defensive lineman vs 1 WR in the 1st 3 rounds. They have drafted 3 RBs in the 1st 3 rounds, did they need to draft Zach Moss the year after drafting Motor? Your also missing the larger point. This GM and HC have failed at trying to surround Josh with elite weapons. Every team I listed whether through trade or drafting have not stopped trying to acquire weapons for their top QB. Eagles traded for former 1st rounder Dotson just this morning.
-
10 offensive picks in 1st 3 rounds and Keon is only WR drafted. They should have been drafting one in almost every draft in days 1 and 2. The Bills under GMBB and HCSM still haven’t drafted a WR in the 1st round. Its crazy that they have drafted 3 times more RBs in rounds 1-3 then WRs. They have neglected weapons for Josh. Chiefs, Bengals, Eagles and 49ers all have attempted or have collected multiple top WRs.

Another important benefit of an offensive minded HC when you have an elite QB is stability. If Joe Brady is great this season, he will be gone and Josh will have his 5th OC in his career. I know Tom Brady is the GOAT with Belichick a defensive HC. Belichick is the last defensive HC to even make a Super Bowl, and that was the 2018 Season. More importantly Tom Brady had 2 OCs in 18 years with Patriots, complete stability with QB and OC.
