  1. Big difference in this circumstance, there was no apparent and obvious pressing need to do this, outside of Aaron Rodgers and his issues, didnt seem to me this will suddenly unite their team.
  2. All the talking heads I heard never thought to bring this up, I learn more insight hear sometimes than the ESPN blowhards.
  3. Makes sense with a home Monday night game, effectively a regular week for them now going for sans their HC.
  4. The DC is interim HC, unfortunately
  5. Sure about that, some 'experts" disiagree with that. NFL Power Rankings, Week 6: Vikings remain undefeated as 49ers, Seahawks upset (msn.com)
  6. You made your point, got your attention, how long are you going to cointiue this?
  7. There might be something to this I am not surprised at all Carter making plays, what was he a three time team captain? A but undersized but a real leader, very intelligent and one of this years best picks imo.
  8. The last Bills game in Houston was in the playoffs, the night before Christians tailgate had several blocks roped off, it was an extraordinary Bills event, best by far I have ever had outside of Orchard Park.
  9. I never asked the question, try again.
  10. IMO, little comparison to Morse and the "obvious" Tua concussion. There is little to no room for "absolutes" in this area, each is different. Speaking personally, if I were McDermott, I would have let Morse continue with little "guilt", whereas McDaniels, it was, again, imo, ridiculous and no it is not because as someone suggested "i don't like him".
  11. I know that thanks for repeating it ad nauseam.
  12. Not true, Please dont insinuate who I like or dont like. I think the world of Tua, McDaniels I dont "dislike" him but find him very weird. I dont think that is some "bizarre take". Yes I know he was cleared by the neurologist but as I already wrote, I am no doctor but all the parties involved in letting him come back bear, imo, moral responsibility. As for putting him now on 4 week IR, at this point they pretty much "had to" post all his concussion issues. Re Mitch, I always thought he should retire but he knows the risk and I am glad that injury risk is no longer on the Bills. I wish him all the best. As for McGovern, cant opin on that, missed part of the game.
  13. I am no doctor and dont even play one on tv but the Tua Concussion/back spasm was one of the most ridiculous things I have ever seen. This entire folklore and McDaniel;s loving his players is either one of 2 things, 1) it is total BS or 2) McDaniels really is the idiot that he appears to be. I was hoping McDermott was going to call the refs over and ask why is Tua coming back, I wish other teams HC could inquire about opposing players suspected of concussions to re enter the game.
  14. Sadly this is true, & dreadful lack of in game adjustments I put on McDermott. And just the week before we were all paranoid over which coordinator would we lose first? Seems like a generation ago now.
  15. Sadly, there is a lot of evidence to support this thesis. Only questions are how did we kill the Dolphins and the Cardinals destroy the Rams? We have been crushing Miami post Josh (provided were are not in the unshaded hot Miami weather ) and too many Rams injuries to overcome.
  16. Appreciate your enthusiasm but that is a real , real stretch.
  17. How do you "resound yourself".
  18. Charles Rhomes Alcorn State (I can think of at least 2 plus a former Bills coordinator)
  19. Jack Kemp Harvard
  20. I dont have time to read all the posts, but in terms of real "efficiency", one quasi reliable state is receptions to targets, or better targets to "catchable" targets. After that incorporate "drops" and then go to YAC.
  21. Yes yards passed per game is a stat. And I agree, you dont pass a lot you dont get a lot of yards, that was my point. I also said we aren't so dependent on Allen's long ball, more short passes which is very logical Sahakir's YPC would decrease, as I said YPC solely as a stat is very myopic. The Bills have not been airing it out as they have been in years past, higher efficiency shorter passes. Of course Shakirs YPC is going to decrease. So yes in that regard saying His "efficiency" has dropped because of shorrter YPC is , imo , myopic. Totally new offense this year, comparing apples to oranges.
  22. Shakir's "efficiency" as you state by only measuring YPC ranking is myopic imo. That is like saying Josh Allen is having an off year because his yards passed per game is so low. He is arguably having his best year but to WIN, he doesn't have to throw for 400 yards, a healthy maturation of Allen and the overall offense. Just win. Same with Shakir, he might not build up incredible stats as the Bills have 1) yet to need Allens long ball AND 2) his distribution to all receivers has been extraordinary.
  23. I never understood the tre White massive extension. Great teammate, funny as heck. I dont recall what his injury history was when he was resigned but he was getting older and hasn't done anything in two years. I wonder if White would even make this team this year. He is a sad shell of what he was.
  24. They can "cheat" on not paying CBs as much with their D line and Chris Jones. have to think this is Travis Kelce's last year so that is one last vet to pay.
  25. Boy our timing on Spencer Brown extension was epic, people are really starting to notice him.. As for Cook, we all know the story of extending RBs and Buffalo penchant for drafting Rbs in the 2-4 rnd, we have barely scratched the surface of Ray Davis.
