    Agreed and your comments about athletic freaks is very spot on for Beane. Looks at the freakishly athletic, large and young (and the most overused expression of all time "raw"), all these guys fall into that category imo: Josh Allen, Spencer Brown, Greg Rouseau, Tremaine Edmunds, Knox, Kaiir Elam.

    Zappe wasnt terrible and is a Pats fan favorite. Mac Jones meanwhile is not exactly a Belcihek favorite, doesn't apear to like the "Patriot Way" too much. I think the more turmoil at Foxborough the better.

    Good, hope the Jets do land him and pay an exorbitant amount of $. And overpay Rodgers and give the packers way too much. Rodgers is old, no one has any clue how effective he will be, same with OBJ coming over a years with no football and serious injury. Roll the dice big Jets.

    Finally someone with a value added comment instead of the unimaginative, typical and sarcastic comments. No one yet has gone to demonstrate their "creativity" by writing "SUPER BOWL".

    I think everything your write is 100% accurate, right down to the Ken Dorsey meme comment (har har). McKenzie also cost us the game 2 years ago versus the cults, he wasn't even touched, dropped the kickoff and the colts got it to our 1 yards line. That play started a massive momentum move for the Colts we never recovered.

    WR room is fine imo, now lets clean up the line. It would be nice if Knox could actually conceertrate more on making receptions versus blocking for a suspect line.

    No doubt. One off games by receivers/returners have to be treated exactly that, one off. Microcosm of McKenzie's career here, incredibly exciting one game, fraught with peril the next. Look at the raging post season success Gabe Davis had two years ago and what he did this year?

    I am on record stating relative to expectation, Gabe Davis was the biggest disappointment this year. Regardless, Gabe Davis is largely irrelevant in the McKenzie discussion. And the only knock on him being the miffs is a pretty damn important knock, especially since we have Hines on the team now.
