  1. Nothing beyond league MVP and leading his team in rushing and passing every year. Worth is what any team will pay for him, as simple as that. You are correct, he is oft injured and a maturity issue. If he persists in insisting on being a Raven and the highest paid QB, then no team will likely bend to his wishes.
  2. His draft status is totally irrelevant.
  3. Was he the guy? No wonder he left, the type of play no Pats fan or Belcihek would ever forget, they type of play after which you cant wait to go to a new team.
  4. What is a lamplighter?
  5. Live on the Lake? I went striped bass fishing there once, truly incredible fishing. But it was a dry county and we had to go somewhere for a beer.
  6. Gabe Davis is arguably the biggest disappointment from last season especially after his incredible success in the playoffs and all his drops this year. Saw many videos of his strenuous workouts so the drop-off apparently wasn't due to a lack of effort/preparation.
  7. Big hope is the Bills at Miami is later in the year if not an evening/night matchup. Playing without the natural shade of the stadium is a wildly unfair home field advantage and it is not safe, especially for 300lb+ lineman running. The NFLPA should object to exposing players to such conditions.
  8. Largely depends on how much it costs the Bills to move up and get him but I agree, not a good start at all. I am fatigued with constantly picking up ok running backs high in the draft. And I think the Florida QB was incredible at the Combine and he could go or should go before Levis imo.
  9. Almost all would, if they are any good they will either stay here or get another gig. I seriously doubt Frazier comes back.
  10. McDaniels is a functional idiot, when I first heard him talk I couldn't believe it, an NFL HC sounds like a dribbling dweeb. BUT ALAS, I guess I was wrong, players love playing for him, i was wrong about Tua as well, never thought he would be half as good as he is. Much like Shahnahan ruining RG3, I think there is a very high probability McDaniels does the same to Tua.
  11. I didnt write or infer he is "now trash" but now he has had two serious documented concussions, the Rams have a lot of holes and Stafford now has a Ring....those are all a lot of excellent reasons to retire.
  12. Thanks and I agree. This board is victim to incredible recency bias and groupthink. A few posters come up with an idea and suddenly is is all the rage and many accept it as gold. Another current and similar thread is we need one offensive minded head coach and also Dorsey sucks, blah blah blah.
  13. I think the Rams are done and Stafford is old, expensive and had two concussions last year. If he hung it up it wouldnt shock me at all then the rams will really flounder.
  14. The Hackett Wilson/EJ comment is interesting.
  15. Did Robert Woods have a real rough upbringing didn't have much money at all growing up?
  16. IF they tag him then yes, he aint goin anywhere. Tagging him is just kicking the can down the street, buys them one economically viable year.
  17. I think Jones gets $40 mil plus, and I wouldn't be shocked at $45 million, to many QB desperate teams. We will have to wait and see.
  18. O'Brien was not a pretty good HC, he was mediocre at best as HC, he was an epically bad GM.
  19. The Pats coaching tree joke, That is ALL you hear about down in Houston after the Bill O Brien fiasco.
  20. It is plausible, Rivera has had serious health issues and been around a long time, nice way for him to gracefully retire.
  21. Frazier has a title, Defensive Coordinator, that is his job, his job is not to build the offense and no I am not a fan of Frazier, I think the NFL has moved past him.
  22. As long as it is outrageously expensive, I am ok with it but I would rather have them overpay old Aaron Rodger, s that will be entertaining as hell if he stumbles at all.
  23. Can we stop getting carried away. Yes, Mcdermot is Defensive minded as is Frazier, what did you want Frazier to be, offensive minded? And you dont like Dorsey. It is not all on Dorsey, good or bad. Dorsey isnt the reason Josh fumbled the ball in the endzone followed up by a game ending interception. Yes too much is put on Allen but his mistakes have been lethal, one can be intellectually Homest about it or lay the blame on Dorsey or McDermott who was praised here for months as potential HC of the year and We had for most of the season one of the most dynamic offenses around, so lets stop with the hyperbole.
  24. Why not just come out and say you want an offensive minded coach and draft for offense, we get it.
