  1. Ok well according to those stats there was a grand total of one drop by the Bills, Clay.
  2. someone actually built a detailed database on Refs, wow.
  3. SaviorPEterman, my but you look familiar, like your cousin SaviorEdwards...oh how i miss those days, and McAddict.
  4. I thought was was supposedly tame last Sunday, https://www.maxim.com/sports/bills-fans-public-blow-jobs-2017-9
  5. Great post. I recall so many broken assignments last year with the inevitable finger pointing, i would mention a few names but no point in starting that up.
  6. I think a l;ot of people are on TT for throwing it because, being the quality leader he is, Tyrod took the blame for that saying it was a bad decision when, in fact I agree 100%, it was not a bad decision.
  7. Yeah, he looked real bad yesterday. He definitely looks beatable. But I will say, he still has an arm, on that int he throw it was 55 yards in the air with a tight sprial, not many qbs could throw a dart like that 55 yards.
  8. Head fakes, oh yeah. I admit it, I bought in during the Fitzmagic 4-5 game run, the win against the PAts was the best since the Super Bowl era and we all know how that worked out. At least I never bought a Fitzmagic T-shirt or thought calling the WRs "the goon squad" was cool or creative. Need more games before I will feel this is anything more than a sub par to mediocre team.
  9. 2 of the 3 obvious rookies spilling their drinks
  10. Good job as always Shaw. I love the way you start out with a softball "Rex Ryan wasn't stupid" but with your 5 bullets, point by point annihilate Rex, subtle, masterfully done. You nailed many of his coaching flaws, to bad there were no challenges to contrast McD versus Ryan. I would like to see how we the defensive crispness and substitutions stand up to a hurry up offense, like the Pats, One thing I disagree with is Tolbert, he is very mediocre, the long runs he had were more to do with gaping holes buy the O Line, I think had J Williams been here the first long run Williams would have been hard to stop.
  11. I would take 5-3 in a heartbeat. Hard to believe the Bengals are as bad as they were yesterday, that I had as a Bills loss, now i think it is winnable. And Cam Newton was shaky, i think that game is winnable as well. I dont think we beat the Bucs.
  12. With your first point I totally agree and almost was going to post something about that as well. I recall posters pulling out hairs after Matthews got hurt 15 minutes into practice hurting his sternum that we "lost the trade".
  13. Seriously, good lord people have way too much idle time.
  14. What about if Watkins gets hurt next game, we all know his injury history, I think it is actually fair to take injuries into consideration.
  15. Agreed, It was a one point game at half time with the Jets getting the kickoff, it was not a walk in the park gimme game, despite the final outcome.
  16. Hopes No Injuries Good win, not an ugly win based on inept Jets Balanced attack, not relying on Shady, production out of our 2nd & 3rd RB Jay Zones can get off the line and separation in the NFL, we know he can run a route and has incredible hands TT stays in the pocket (mostly) sees the middle of the field, esp to Clay and I would love to see Thomas get some catches, in stride. Dareus Plays hard O Line shows up unlike pre-season limited penalties Exciting game Expectations Mills is crushed in passing plays TT throws 3 only times over the middle for completions Dareus is a blob McGown will do better in short to intermediate passes in the soft zone up until the red zone, lots of yards and field goals 10 penalties for 110 yards, lot of offensive holding Jets crowd box force TT to throw quickly and/or run Incredibly boring game, lots of punts Bills win a game no one really enjoyed watching
  17. I agree with this BUT i still think it was a good trade and glad is his gone considering what he has. The issues I had with SW was he was apparently unwilling to play through pain when the Docs cleared him plus the fact he couldnt stay healthy. What indications do we have he wont be getting hurt all the time, thus far, hip, ribs and foot...injuries tend o get worse and more frequent over a players time not better.
  18. Bills-Packers Super Bowl, yep, I would take that.
  19. His very first throw of the night, zero pressure, wide open receiver, behind him wrong shoulder & too high, it was as bad a throw as a pro can have...then that idiot announcer said something about opening night jitters, seriously use that as an excuse?
  20. Good for you Lorenzo. Lorenzo is a very smart guy, amazing after all these years it clicked for him on Defense (as opposed to special teams). Hope it was not a one year wonder.
  21. Things have changed in my mind, we went from a 0.1% change of winning the AFCE to about 5%.
  22. Agreed 100%. What does Beane want, to be seen as Mr Nice GM? So this added incentive, is McCoy suddenly going to work harder? If he does then something was wrong in the first place. What team just throws money at players already with a good contract? All posters saying what a great move this is understand next time we let a go player go because we cant afford him. Stupid move.
  23. I am betting Rob Ninkovich "un-retires", that will dramatically improve their defense. This Cassius Marsh guy aint gonna work out.
  24. Do I think he thinks about petty stuff like that, yes. I think the man's ego has no bounds.
