  1. I wil buy 1-4, coaching as in no more rex. Hard to determine #5
  2. 1-3 ) Turnover battle 4) arising from conservative playcalling and 5) zone defense with a strong pass rush. Honorable mention, Hushcka
  3. I disagree we should be 4-0, we "deserved" to lose at Carolina and we got very very lucky in Atlanta. CaM Newton tried his bet to keep us in that game and that was not a gimme catch (we dont know what the route either) The pivotal call on the Matt Ryan fumble was the game and that easily could have been ruled an incomplete pass on the field and probably not overturned. Yes like most NFL they are close so right now we "could" be 4-0 about as easily as we could be 2-2 imo.
  4. That rule I understand, both the spirit of the rule and the rule itself. Now can anyone rationally explain the logic of the "tuck rule" of the "Calvin Johnson" rule, both of those have helped tarnish the game. My favorite is when a receiver gets the ball, rolls out of bounds which is not even part of the playing field but the ball comes out and is no long a catch, absurd.
  5. Fred Smerlas was a great player for the Bills great, five time pro bowler for Us, Gilmore not even close.. I was not aware Smerlas dumped on Buffalo after he left, shame if he did he was respected and well liked here.
  6. Absolutely agree 100% and I said that when we did it, even if S Watkins lights it up this year.
  7. Neither emotional or a jerk. I see nothing at all wrong with what he said and by all accounts he is a great team leader.
  8. Asking rabid fans to "cool it" is a nice sentiment but that is about l it is. This is the NFL anyone can win any week, we should all be disappointed if they dont win. Having said that, I think this is the first real test for our alleged #1 defense, I think the defense comes down to earth and this could get ugly.
  9. Good for Deshaun, this deserves publicity and not the non-stop idiocy on both sides we have had to endure. Recall Jerry Hughes cut a check for $25k, class act. Guess he wont be donating to Hunter's Hope anytime soon.
  10. Yes it is as bad as it looks. The Pats are definitely beatable. The Texans literally had that game in their hands and the cornerback dropped the ball. A two TD underdog with a rookie QB goes up to Foxboro and should have won the game, this is not the pats of the past. Brady is going to pass for 400 yards each game on us, he is going to pick our zone to shreds between the 20s, how many TDs he gets is another issue with the field compressed in the red zone.
  11. He got caught off guard and his coach speak monitor wasn't turned on, not too hard to imagine.
  12. What is wrong with the stadium, why dont the fans like it.
  13. Big mistake on the players part, big. Didn't learnt the first time, did they. A lot of resentment already by fans, a strike going to make this situation substantially worse. Thus far according to the Nielsen TV ratings, week 1 was down 12%, week two down 15%. Those are massive losses. Even talk about a strike is going to alienate even more fans.
  14. Well the QB can see what the defense is doing and change what his hot read is or change his progression of he is throwing to at least. I really cant believe the Bills do not have the automatic audible on every play to at least go for run to pass or vice versa, our offense can't be that simplistic.
  15. Some of the coaching we have had lately, simple fundamental, basic common sense, Rex couldn't get his defense out in time, recall the unguarded Houston Texan that caught a TD. It was almost comical to watch Brady torture our defense, that is when he felt like it at HIS choosing, running the hurry up. Fortunately for us he rarely did because he didnt have to with the Bills.
  16. It is not allowed in Buffalo, there was a few years ago were we did NONE of it at all, i mean none for two years in a row. Wish i remember who the OC was/what years that was. Freakin irritating as hell.
  17. Depressing, one more tool in the toolbox that we dont use. My kids 7th grade QB can audible for Gods sake. Or is it that Dennison has such an all time proven master system and great play caller he calls it right, even as the Defense makes pre snap adjustments.
  18. For me, I love Matthew's enthusiasm and positive outlook, we need more of that in this franchise.
  19. I would agree if they didn't just move 2 teams to LA, where are they going to go? St Louis? London? Las Vegas?
  20. A lot of people are convinced it would have been a W with Peterman out there, a rookie never once played a real NFL game. I dont think he is near ready.
  21. Are you referring to lil ole me? You think I am "to" afraid I will be proven wrong so I am hiding and have a created "fake account"? If you want to think up things like that knock yourself out.
  22. LOL, that will create some histrionics here for the rest of the week
  23. Good just get us the Pats offense and we wont worry about flipping the field anymore.
  24. Rarely do I change my mind from anything I have red here but you have got me thinking, it is entirely possible it was Zay Jones fault and that pass was exactly where and when it was supposed to be. I never noticed the stumble but i see it now
