  1. For me it depends how they win. If the stumble into a victory with turnovers like the Atlanta game I will be naturally happy but "not all in". If we can get the offense moving and a passing game and win, then i will be all in. We have not had one dominant win except for maybe the Jets game which if I recall they were in the game into the mid 3rd qtr.

  2.

Or, more likely (and hopefully), they'll engage in a meaningful, adult conversation through which everyone can reach a common understanding and a clear direction on where to go next

Fine, have him drop the lawsuit first so they can have a real discussion, if they meet with a lawsuit hanging over their heads you wont get much out of the owners if they are smart and have competent counsel. Just my opinion.

  3.

There's a link to the news part - which states that Kaep will be part of the next roundtable.

He is going to be in a round table discussion with people he is accusing of colluding against him? What lawyer signed off on that. I can just imagine Jerry Jones spouting off and saying something incredibly dumb, maybe Daniel Snyder, he has been quiet for to long. Maybe Isray comes in all wired up after a long cocaine binge and leads the discussion to a better world.

  4. Just because he's in the room doesn't mean he deserves any kind of acknowledgement. He's not in the league and he's not an Owner. If his help was needed he would have received a previous call.

Exactly. He got to be the "hero", he got al the attention, his time is now over, he deserves no more time and/or attention...not that he ever did in the first place.

The entire premise of this question is, lets just say stupid since after al l Colin is seeking action against the NFL and each of the Clubs.

  5. I dont care but They need to put a time limit on this, i am afraid they are going to get long and longer for more attention and ESPN "highlights". I want to watch football, not some self absorbed athlete trying to be "creative." The hide and go seek thing was stupid and embarrassing

So when are they going to mix the anthem protest with TD celebrations. Maybe someone can hide an american flag under the goal post cushion (a la Joe horn and the cell phone) and take it out and rip it up and stomp on it.

  6. Nice imagination but I still don't see a team out there willing to take on Dareus contract. Even without his attitude and off the field stuff it's way too burdensome from a cap stanpoint.

Dreamers can dream though and I'm sure Beane will be trying up until the deadline next week....

Actually for once I agree with you. But there is away to get it done IF you really wanted, you would add another player or two to the deal. or draft picks.

  7.

Bullcrap. They KEPT Whaley till AFTER the draft. EVERYONE in the NFL thought that was the most unusual firing. There's only ONE REASON for this move - they respected his talent evaluation. Your logic does not even begin to hold. 2017 draft is Whaley's work.

No not at all. I think it is very reasonable to assume it was too close to the draft to fire Whaley, months of preparation potentially down the drain.

And what do you men the "NFL" thought it was a most unusal firing, you mean some media talking heads that relish the dramatic.

  8. I believe it was Andy Dalton that humbled it...Jameis followed suit.

Brady gonna carve us up if they don't get it fixed.

I have been saying this since the day they decided on this zone, Brady could put up 500 yards/game against us. His game is ideal matchup against us., all i can say is thank god Edleman is out.

  9. As Belichek always point out, people obsess about yards, you dont lose a game based on yards, you lose it based on points.

Wit the Bills zone were are going to give up chunks of yards to good QBs that have a quick release and are accurate short to intermediate range. Brady could put up 500 against us. Key is our defense tightens up in the red zone as the field compresses and we are constantly going for turnover, the Bucs had 6 fumbles, 6 last weekend. Most of those were forced by our defense.

So yes we have and we wil continue to give up chunks of yards, but to win we have to keep forcing turnovers and hold teams to FGs instead of TDs.

  10. Logan Thomas has caught 2 passes for 25 yd and 1 td and you are ready to declare him evolving into an all pro?

I say SO far, the 2017 draft looks extremely good but if Mahommes turns into a franchise QB i think it would be fair to say he failed.

  11. He has 5 fumbles in 44 career touches...

I'm cool with him being a Special teams demon And he's a jitterbug but I definitely don't want him getting 5+ touches a game. Has a hard time toting the rock

Wow, scary. I thought I heard that yesterday was the bills first fumble of the season lost, if true pretty amazing. Maybe they have help perfect Taiwan's ball security. I would never give a guy the ball i thought almost had a 12% chance of fumbling.

  12. I love his mentality. I believe he was the first kid in his family to go to college, stayed an extra year to get his degree, thus far from what i hear and read about him he has top character. To date one of our best 1st rd picks in a long long time.

Just think, up until yesterday he scored more TDs than LeSean McCoy.

  13. " He had Zay Jones with a lot of separation up the left sideline, looked at him and then turned and through incomplete to the right. He just doesnt seem to make the best decisions as consistently as the really good quarterbacks"

Judged on Zay's history here, I am not so sure it wasn't a good decision. I think Tyrod, justifiably so, doesnt trust Zay at this point, one of the biggest disappointment of the year so far.

As far as keeping Tyrod, I think you might be correct and they actually would consider Tyrod next year but for another 2 reasons, 1) most of the elite QBs in this year's class class starting in Darnold have been disappointing and 2) I think MORE teams this year wil need QBs than anticipated before the start of this season. Cardinals need one, only team I can thick of that appears to have answered their QB question this year are the Texans.

    Great writeuip as always.

  14.

FWIW.......McD ran on the field at Matthews after the half ended and yelled 3 words: "DROP THE BALL!".

Awful showing by the coaching staff today.........defense was a mess and Tyrod was basically playing streetball with his buddy Thompson.........it was plays made by That was

That was a play call I wold expect out of Rex Ryan. Try real real hard and see if you can come up with a dumber decision, ever, by the Bills.

4 people deserve blame on that fiasco.

McDermott for burning timeouts earlier in the qtr, esp the first. 2) Mcd/Dennisson, whoever called that play, 3) Tyrod for apparently checking down, throw it away, 4) the receiver for catching the ball.

  15. Bills do have a different feel for me this year, after those fortuitous calls versus Atlanta, it seems like Kharma/attitude is positive this year. I thought we could come back because the offense was effective and the D most of the year has been able to make huge plays.

  16. Who cares he would be a non factor anyway against our D IMO, he is old and washed up. Same old 20 dollar garbage.

Agreed he had a good first couple of games and some Jets were outraged because he danced on the sidelines, those are his highlights this year. I think Marshawn has a much right to dance on the sidelines as do players kneeling for the anthem. although I am eager to see his antics on the sidelines, I hope he does some "heinous" act of disrespecting Buffalo and or theBills.
