  1. 1) Football is a team sport, he had a great team around him. 2) Want to go by wins/losses, he lost every NFL playoff game he was in, the one where he fumbled the ball away on the 5 yrd line to end the game. 3) Flutie completed 54.7% of his NFL passes, with an 76 QB Rating, never passed for more than 3450 yards. 4) Flutie sucked, he was a dynamic fan favorite but is wildly overrated QB (really just by Bill fans) on a ills team with probably the best defense the team every had in its history 5) Flutie sucked..
  2. Flutie did suck. He won games because we had arguably the best defense in the Bills history one year set a franchise record low number of points. He had his one shot in the playoffs with the bills and fumbled the game away at the end on the five yard line. Flutie is the most wildly overrated (by fans) bills player of all time and it isnt even close. More importantly, it is long, long past due for Bills fans to get over it.
  3. acquitted themselves, yeah, no major misstatements but as i said i was underwhelmed, boring pat answers, didnt come off as dynamic leaders to me, which I think is important to be a good nFL qb
  4. I got a good chuckle out of this, yes I would say I wasnt overwhelmed.
  5. Probably correct, actually despite last years debacle I would rather have Peterman than Kyle. I wouldn't draft him, I am not a big arm guy but he doesn't have close to an NFL are and never will. Agree 100%.
  6. I dont think it is that ridiculous considering some of the comments made about Rosen and I have no idea why you would think the poster has "bias" against Rosen.
  7. I couldn't agree more. I saw the tape of him against a "super tough" opponent in Iowa, one incredible TD pass that was dropped, a few incredible escapes with his legs, a strong arm but way too many inaccurate passes, many way too high or at their feet, one int over the middle dropped, one int he telegraphed the entire time, could have been a pick six. I think Allen is going to be a bust, Jeff George at best or JP Losman with a better attitude. Strong arms arent enough.
  8. Watched some highlights of his, I dont think he will ever make it in the NFL.
  9. I agree, she is way way too fast for her. The issue is I am not sure if she is strong enough to take the neanderthal out, I can definitely see her pummeling him but not sure she could bring him down. It would be a great match to watch, i would watch in a heartbeat and I am not a UFC or whatever it is at all.
  10. Guess I was wrong, I dont get it, at some point it is going to have a negative impact.
  11. Well there have typically been nothing but increases but with viewership and attendance down, don't think so, in fact, if the trends continue might see decreases. I wonder if we lead the league in dead cap space, looking at a few other teams we are waaay of the bell curve on it. Also looked at Cleveland, with all their young talent, all their draft picks and $100 million in cap space it is time for the franchise to get its act together.
  12. haha good one, i didnt catch that
  13. Major Conspiracy...whatever. Hand is a non-event. I dont known or do I care if Brady purposely hide his hand, if he did it was to just jerk around the media anyway.
  14. Actually the uniforms will change i bet next year, a corporate logo or two will be added...in a few years players will look like Nascar drivers
  15. This is where the sanctimonious wanna be athoetes claim they never want to see a player get hurt but hell I am all in on that one except make it career ending. I believe in the cosmic Kharma of injuries, they are going to happen, let them happen to Brady dear please God.
  16. Uniforms are great the way they are, classic Bills uniform. I am fearful that we will have an "improvement" like the god awful uniforms of the from the mid 200s to a few years ago. I dont see any modern updates that will generate sales or any positive buzz.
  17. Let me put it another way, the most important aspect of points #3,#4, #6 relate back to #5...and #1 also relies heavily on #5. QB league, it all starts with the QB and the Bills are about as unsettled there as possible, they could go in any direction at this point.
  18. #5 is 75% of the importance of next years storyline, the rest is borderline peripheral.
  19. Brady and Belcihek are both getting near the end, that combination is a big part of the reason for the drought, they are going to last another 17 year that is for sure.
  20. Bill O'Brien of Texans signs 4 year extension and Bills lose director of player personnel Brian Gaines to Texans as GM
  21. Depressing to read and relive it, this was such a pathetically winnable game.
  22. THanks, and congrats, you 're the first person ever commented on it......at the old BBMB I would have been banned for it
