  1. Who is the San Fran QB, yes he completes a TD (to comically wide open receiver) but that footwork is beyond bad, it looks like a high school QB.
  2. Te White WAS the reason we won the Atlanta game, without him we don't make the playoffs in my opinion. All those veterans standing around and it is the rookie that has the smarts to pick up the ball for an easy TD. Also what also stands out about Tre is I believe he is the first kid in his family to graduate college and he easily could have entered the draft a year earlier and didn't, stayed to earn his degree at LSU. Quality guy.
  3. You are correct, Shreveport is a dump but across the river Bossier City is worse. and most of them are Cowboy fans. I visited a company there once and they brought me to what they said was the best food in the city, the freakin Casino and it was not, repeat not good.
  4. Could easily happen. We have no QB, zero continuity on the o line, yeah 2-14 is not an outlandish prediction.
  5. 1) AJM starts and plays well, not great but well. 2) Bills O Line is a disaster, McCoy is hurt game three and we go 6-10. 3) J Allen starts last three games
  6. This board never ever "disappoints". The guy writes a great letter praising Bill's fans and what do half the respondents do, dump ion the guy. The guy is going to be 35 in a month, he has every right to retire. He has made enough money, you think it would be healthy for him to keep playing, with his mental stability in serious question add on another year of CTE potential damage. Thanks for playing well in Buffalo Richie, good luck.
  7. Absolutely love it. Yes I would as well but his brilliance and passion lead him to do some crazy things like quitting on the Bills not once but twice, once in mid-season. I just counted up, he had 21 different coaching jobs plus one stint as NY Yankees President...that is not normal..
  8. That was the nature of the game back then. Look at HOF Joe Namath, his completion and his TD/int ratios were terrible by today's standards. QBs got hit hard and on almost very other pass play back then, defenders were basically given two steps before they hit the QB. Those guys took more serious hits in one game than Brady has takenn his entire carerr. And look at what the defernders could do to the WRs back then. Cant compare te game, nt even close. Lamonica was one of the most dynamic and best QBs of his time. Actually there are three prevailing theories, 1) it was Kemps wife, 2) it was ralph's wife but 3) the most logical reason was the AFL was fail;ng badly, ralph secretly and against league rules loaned the Raiders $250k to keep them alive (a loft of $ back then) and he had two dynamic QBs, shipping the Mad Bomber to Oakland took a franchise with weak attendance and made them the iconic image/team they are today. The first year with the Raiders Lamonica was the MVP took them to the AFL championship where they blew out of Oilers but they did lose
  9. Great stuff, love seeing Daryle Lamonica, movie star good looks.
  10. I think you are on to something Shaw but i think the motivation is a little more obvious,. this is the final year of his rookie contract.
  11. Another year of Mills, hard to fathom but at least he was greatly improved last year.
  12. Lets say the Ravens returned the kickoff for a TD and won that game. I wonder how many people would say how unlucky we were we didn't make the playoffs.
  13. I agree with you, most notably the strength that Tyree demonstrated to keep Harrison from knocking the ball away was no fluke, endless hours of lifting weights.
  14. Lets see..after every Jauron press conference, hiring Rex Ryan, hiring his slob brother Rob now that was a bona-fide tear jerker.
  15. I had a friend who was the largest owner of the Phoenix Coyotes for a few years. They bleed cash like you won't believe, financially ruined him he eventually had to get out for a massive loss. One of the reasons he committed suicide last year. I don think the same is anywhere near true for any NFL franchise, you would have to be pretty incompetent in cash flow management to have a call.
  16. only 4 posts in and already trying to turn this into Tyrod Taylor thread #4,569. I wil take the bait. Great, he made the playoffs. I want more than just making the playoffs. The great QB you speak of managed a massive 3 points in his first and only playoff game. It was time to move on. Lets see if he can bring the mighty browns to the playoffs.
  17. Actually i got a h=good chuckle outof that. Dimarco a feature of our offense, we are in more trouble than I thought.
  18. Ok so i was right, it is your class envy. Yes millionaires are bad, to each his/her own opinion.
  19. i asked a question, you want to tell me or give a smart response. If i had to guess you either have class enough and dont like millionaires or you think he has deep pockets and might get sued which I think is ridiculous.
  20. WTH does him being a millionaire have to do with anything?
  21. Yes, i was thinking the same thing, didn't even bother to respond to it, not worth it trying to educate people. Anyone note the irony here?
  22. I think as a second rd pick cJ would have been fine, i just think as far as the multiple number of whiffs the Bills have had I dont think CJ in rd 1 would make my top 50. Just look only at some of the 1st rds we have had, just since 2000, Mike Williams, Aaron Maybin, Erik Flowers, EJ Manuel, JP Losman..none of these guys should have been drafted at all
  23. What made it worse was our OC, was it Alex Van Pelt, that decided we were going to use the hurry up offense, since it worked so well 20 years ago with Jim Kelly...poor Walker, it almost killed him, total mismatch of players to scheme. That decision to try the hurry up since Edwards was supposedly so smart and could run it was a total joke.
