  1. How long before someone gets all upset because OBD is de-facto supporting table slamming.
  2. "Rosen apparently graded out statistically as a significant concussion risk" Duh..it didnt take an alleged concussion expert to ascertain that a QB that couldnt play in his final bowl game after suffering a concussion over a month before might be high risk for it. There is nothing new here and I dont believe any part time consultant wouldn't feel bound to secrecy, the NFL doesn't operate that was. Hence this is somewhat hard to accept at face value.
  3. Who is "we" need affirmation, the fans, who gives a darn. Now if OBD need affirmation, well yes then we are in big big trouble.
  4. The Vegas odds for either the Bills or Sabres to win is 1.25% or combined 2.5%. If you were going to be indifferent and assuming no transactions cost (juice) to win $10 k your certainty equivalent would be $250, sine you are only laying $200 it is a good bet.
  5. It would be interesting to see if he can duplicate his total yards both rushing and receiving from last season, exactly 1. No.
  6. Sadly I think Cowherd could be spot on with the Bills. Right now, We would be the underdog in 7 of our first 8.
  7. Although I hate this 20/20 hindsight threads i will play. Odell Beckham or Aaron Donald instead of moving up . That would have added a 1st and 4th the next year. Unreal what an absurdly expensive bad trade Watkins turned out to be.
  8. 90- pages of this, only 89 pages are total crap, the rest is well thought out and articulate.
  9. Hahaha that was classic. I have always read about how horrible the Rose Bowl is, I never understood why until your explanation, sounds dreadful.
  10. A terrible Browns game was the 8-0 loss in the snow with wind gust up to 40 mph but that was in 2007 with Dick Jauron. We had 7 punts and 3 first downs. Bil actually had aspirations of the playoffs til that game, lost the rest of the way.
  11. NFL is going to regret having Tepper own a team, they think they have a problem with Jerry Jones big mouth. Most uber successful HF managers are cuthroat, ruthless, unbelievably arrogant... he is no exception. He thinks he is entitled to every last penny in the world. Never met the man but I have seen what he is willing to do with $ and the legal system to get his way. They better never screw with him.
  12. Actually the worst game I ever attended was the Bills-Texans in Houston. That is the game where I had a perfect angle and it was like in slow motion EJ Manuel throwing an 80 yard pick 6 to a DT, that has to be one for the all time record books.
  13. I didnt attend but watched, it was dreadful, I believe the "winning" QB was Derek Anderson, he went something like 2-14 for 26 yards. The Bills had 8 offsides/illegal motion calls at home on offense. Legendary in how putrid that games was, sadly i will never forget it.
  14. I was too young to remember him at a Bill but he was unbelievably fun to watch, the old AFL was incredibly dynamic, the Namath-Lsamoonica games were legendary...these guys werent afraid to air it out.
  15. Lamonica it it isn't even close, 2 time league MVP. Too much recency bias in this poll, i would bet half of the voters here barely know about Lamonica.
  16. Sorry, those are my opening day odds. And I could see 10.5 o/u for Allen, makes sense. To me that means AJM starts the season but Allen progresses, the losses mount and Allen starts the final 10-11 games of the season.
  17. I heard it turned it down because he didnt want to be typecaste. Actually Gronk would make the perfect Mongo, no acting necessary.
  18. Here are more opening day odds; AJM 65%, Allen 30%, Peterman 5%. Yes it COULD happen, Allen might not be anywhere near ready, AJM who really knows.
  19. When Gronk is 50, he will barely be able to walk, drooling on himself, having gone through all his money..his celebrity lovable oaf shtick will be replaced by being the pitiful village idiot. A victim of too many steroids, alcohol, injuries and CTE...the fact he started out with an 85 IQ doesn't help. There were 10 that passed on him, what is your point. I love the ever present 20/20 hindsight displayed here. We really need to whine about passing on Tom Brady 6 times.
  20. Thanks, article explains it, i have no "issues" with it, pure capitalism and freedom but I hope to never waste my time on it. thanks, sex sells...and sells and sell and sells.....
  21. Can someone explain what an "Instagram model" does beside post in swimsuits on Instagram? Can they make $ doing it beyond ensnaring a rich NFL football player. With all the free sex porn crap on the web who cares about Instagram models, i just dont get it.
  22. I was around here or should I say at the BBMB and yes, as it typical with overzealous fans some went to extreme, he was attacked for being frail, not 100% dedicated to football. I dont recall him being accused of "defrauding the Bills" WTH that means. And yes I said we needed to get rid of him because 1) he could not remain healthy 2) he wasnt producing. As for #2, he didnt have a QB that could lead him and another year with Tyrod Taylor thrown him the ball likely could have gotten him killed so I disagree, I was not wrong. He was not a good fir for the Bills. Again I think 90% of the criticism was "fair", this thread was about him as a "civilian", not a football player. When you sign up in the NFL brutal criticism of your play is part of the process.
  23. Gronkoski-Edmunds could be a great match up, finally we have someone that isnt half a foot shorter or half a second slower than Gronk to cover him
