  1. Certainly but they also have revenue TV, ticket sales, concessions, paraphernalia, etc, the number $250 million doesn't work.
  2. Another headline grabbing wild exaggeration. *8 teams, 52 players, $250k piece over THREE YEARS, that is $104 million and they needed $250 million over a few days?. Even double the number for coaches, AAF personnel, refs, etc, $250 mil in emergency cash infusion laughable exaggeration.
  3. Not really, if he had 100% turnover it would be his decisions but not "his guys". There is only so much money and draft picks you can use every year, thinking he could get all players he wanted in just two years is ridiculous.
  4. Yeah i understand why people settle out of court
  5. Tyrod Taylor had a low TD to int ratio as well, look at how few yards he threw for. I saw his game versus the Bills he sucked, He went 13-29 187 and i TD, very Tyrod Taylor like. I didnt know this was civil court, i thought this was settled out of court. Anyway the burden of proof is actually no where near as stringent in civil court so that actually bolsters your argument but damages come into play in civil court so absolutely his career is relevant.
  6. 60-80 million if true they are dumber than I thought. Maybe they thought it was worth it from a PR standpoint but no way as an NFL QB.
  7. He could ask for $100 million doesn't mean he is going to get it. Yea he may have been at a prime age but his game had been slipping, he wasnt the boy wonder he was when he started. His first 2 years his QBR was over 70 with a 17-6 record, last two years in the 40s with a 3-17 record. His game was figured out quickly enough, he would have been at best a mediocre NF backup. He couldn't beat out Blaine Gabbert.
  8. In today's age there is no way the CA is going to be honored very long, i put the over on 2 weeks.
  9. Bills already lost a really good hand last year in Brain Gaine, he is no GM of the Texans and doing a great job.
  10. Yeah there were a few miscreants but with great work ethics something Marcel never had, imo. You miss a bus for a game you are out the door in New England.
  11. Marcel Dareus, he is the polar opposite of the 'New England Way". Personally i would love to see them sign him just to watch the reaction here.
  12. What about all his hunting and fishing and spending time with his kids? Actually good for him and i agree I think he wlil do a good job.
  13. I have no problem with him hanging out with Darnold, but the the other hanger on d bags I do. And the boxing sucks, what are these drunk guys from the audience throwing wild haymakers?
  14. If he gets drafted later than he wanted or to a team he doesn't like, what is going to stop him from "changing" his mind.......nada.
  15. Great, thanks for your service, think about the incredible experience you have had. Never been to Japan.
  16. Great story, can i ask where you are stationed?
  17. Josh Allen is a dynamic, incredibly entertaining player to watch and is a mystery to most of the NFL audience. He is a "draw".
  18. Mike Reilly is ancient, he is 34 years old. Yes he might make a good backup in the NFL but I dont see a comparison to Josh Allen. Josh Allen is mostly unproven with a huge ceiling that Reilly doesn't. I learned one thing, Logan Thomas has a strong arm than Mike Reilly
  19. I am not going to hold the PAts game against a rookie MLB, as much as I hate to admit it the PAts can isolate and humiliate a young and or rookie QB just like the can a rookie MLB but hey you have your standards and expectations, i have mine.
  20. Is that true, we snagged him one ahead. I get Edmunds had some very bad games, esp early n but people should realize when we drafted him he was 19, 19 years old. What did people expect, Brian Urlacher as a rookie" Give me a break. There were a few plays where his range and athletic ability were extraordinary, on the one interception and the QB sack where he also tackled the RB in the process. The guy is just like Allen, an athletic freak that needs a lot of work & experience, both have incredibly high ceilings.
  21. True but he did come on in the end, did show flashes and of course we all know how young/raw he is/was. He was dreadful in a handful of games early on and in mid-season.
  22. Another clear indication how the moment was way too big for McVay and his entire team.
  23. Great job The NFL is shrewd, they have managed to stretch out the season where there is always something just around the corner. I never thought people would actually sit and watch the combine but they do. I walked into a sports bar last week and guys were actually watching practice, practice I tell you at the Senior Bowl and analyzing it.
