  1. Anyone with a room temperature IQ could tell Josh was a little "banged up" at the end of the game, dont need the "breaking news" from NFL Network. And no right now it is not a "key issue", game Sunday is the key issue, not next years backup QB.
  2. Yeah just like the Bills would beat the Steelers backups to get in the playoffs a few years ago. There are NO GIVEN games in the NFL.
  3. Age and injuries. He was never the same after his ACL and now? He will cost $10.4 in to be cut in 2024. Damn shame, funny as hell, great teamamte.
  4. another terrible day for the Bills special teams.
  5. Interesting, I certainly can see the argument but have yet to say he is an upgrade but he has been a pleasant surprise. I have to think we have seen by far the best out of Tre White, sad to say. Imagine if you were a Packer fan and seeing them trade away Rasul Douglas and this AFTER the Jaire Alexander fiasco. Thank you Packers for a few quality years with Micah Hyde and now for Rasul Douglas.
  6. They have really played well together. Demonstrates lack of injuries and what continuity on the line accomplished. Thank GOD we actually tried to upgrade the guard position, next year Center has to be a priority.
  7. What do you mean not counting White we upgraded, Rasul Douglas?
  8. So you are a victim of recency bias. Von Miller is totally irrelevant indicator of how D Jones might play. This is beyond ridiculous comment.
  9. Do we have to listen to these 2 knucklheads ramble on, at least tell readers to advance to past 15 minutes to hear the relavent anecdote.
  10. It was. Went on for almost 9 minutes when I got the idea after 1
  11. which was worse, Ezekiel Elliot with the Cowboys eating at the trough or the waddle?
  12. Worse than I thought. Look at it this way, one third of our loses come on game ending special team blunders. I dont understand this board, for months non-stop bitching about Ken Dorsey but barely a pep about our dismal ST Smilley, nice guy and all BUT....
  13. Lets be honest, our special teams have sucked. I give a massive plus to the Pats except we do have the superior field goal kicker. Our punt protection and out punt coverage has been dreadful I am fearful Belichek is going to scheme in an overbalanced line to clock one of our punts. If we do get it off, our lane discipline is terrible and we allow for large returns. Also Martin's delivery to punt is slow and he too often pumps right down the middle of the field really exposing our punt defenders.
  14. I am just reporting what I read here, I think it is absolute non-sense, borderline laughable the other reporters did want their precious words of wisdom to be stolen. To the original point this has been going on for several years with terrible audio, i have replayed many a bills press conference trying to hear the questions. I agree, Also post a winning streak and firing of Dorsey.
  15. Wow, amazing haul for an aged QB.
  16. I recall complaining about this last few years, you could barely hear the questions. The alleged response was that the questions asked were just or so incredibly valuable and proprietary, they dint want the questions to be heard, only the answers. Biggest non-sense in the world.
  17. I actually like Bailey Zappe especially when compared to prior NE QB (Brady, Mac Jones), he actually has a relatively quick nice release for short/intermediate passes. Sitting on the bench in OP is one thing, playing under those conditions is something totally different,
  18. Stevie Johnson is very close to a top 10 Bills receivers, in fact all time yardarge list for receptionss he is listed as #10 which also includes ahead of him Thurman Thomas and Elbert Dubenion..
  19. In other words, like half the league, Denver is in in QB hell and have traded away resources to fix the problem. I really question if Payton wants to spend the next few years trying to keep them viable.
  20. They didnt hire Sean Peyton and pay him up to $100 million to get 26 TD/8 int season out of Wilson, it was a grand slam contract, either he gets the Broncos to win playoff game or two or not. He likely wont even make the playoffs. Hiring Payton was, a disaster imo.
  21. Remember when they hired Sean Payton and he was going to do magic with a short QB in Russell Wilson just like he did with Drew Brees!!! What a joke, set the Broncos back few years with nothing to show for it, Going to be the same Result for the Jets and no I dont think Rodgers will come back as some incredible QB at 40/41.
  22. Very disappointed with all the Sean Payton antics this years right down to the throwing "our buddy" Nathanial Hackett under the bus (even though he deserved it). Payton's ego is wildly out of control and it manifests itself in some very destructive counterproductive outcomes. He is no longer a young wonderkid but an aging angry old Head Coach. He should have kept his TV gig.
  23. Credit Chan Gailey on the Spiller-Johnson feat, man was very good as an offensive game planner.
  24. Yeah, the fans ran his ass off and were thrilled when he left, he could "never win the big game" bs.
  25. Taylor Swift is the new Yoko Ono. Did ANYONE really think the fairy tale wouldn't end in disaster?
