Could imagine the Jerry Jones press conferences blurting out things every week and Belichek stewing over it.
-
It is even worse than that. What is the #1 concern for a HC every year, the QB and consistency. Brady's consistency was ridiculous. Every year but 1 Belichek, after about 2005, had zero worries about who was going to be QB, nada.

Should the season be 18 weeks long?

I think Jax is a prime example of that, they ran out of steam ,much like the collapse of the Eagles. -
I am afraid Torrence has hit the "rookie wall" but the continuity with the rest of the line is paramount.
-
Looking at "strength of schedule" this time of year are historically inaccurate and misleading. With that caveat, one team I dont want to face is a young Texans teams heavy with draft capital and with key stars entering their second season, notably QB sensations CJ Stroud on his rookie contract.

True plus you can always hope for a PI call.

OL and DL: what was wrong with them ?

Yeah I agree and the pass to Diggs when he had two steps on the defenders was all on josh, should have been a easy TD . -

I totally disagree. Using selective stats during horrible conditions, we couldn't run either. Bills had 9 first down throwing versus 1 for NE. Bills had 1 1st down rushing. Jones had 19 total yards passing versus 145 for Josh. Most of the Bills throws were late in the game right into the wind and Patriots could concentrate on defending the pass. -

Agreed. I vividly remember how giddy Belichek was after the game, he knew damn well that the better team lost and he stole one away from McDermott. That is one game I will never forget. One game I can never forget and blame is on McDermott. Much like the KC-Bills game fiasco under Rex Ryan where he made multiple blunders including two poor challenges and two challenges he should have called. Then the blowhard after the game stuck his foot in his mouth when he said after being an NFL HC for 7 years, didn't how how the replay cameras worked on challenges. I was permanently done with Rex immediately after that. -

It sure as heel wasn't Josh's fault. We got WILDLY outcoached by Belichek, what did mac jones, complete 3 Passes? How do you lose a game like that, coaching. Now in THAT particular game i blame it squarely on two people, McDermott and the OC for not using our QB competitive strength until the game was almost too far gone and THEN Allen started to throw it. -
Yes and bizarre fumble. I will live and die with Allen but he had a terrible first half and he missed a WIDE OPEN Diggs on a long bomb. Game should not have been close and that decision to go for it in the center of the field with no time outs and 15 seconds in the first half. Had we lost by 3 or less, the fire McDermott threads would be all the rage,

Re Diggs, he had two steps on his defender yesterday and ALLEN MISSED HIM Badly or that would have been an ESPN highlight!

Stop with the dome non-sense or are you going to complain about it for the next 50 years. Bills are supposedly built for winter weather difficult games and got the one of a 2-3 QBs that have the strength to counter the wind. -
Rasul Douglas!!

fantastic, he never disappoints!!

I just went to the Dolphins message board, wow. I think negativity was extreme at TBD was bad, Dolphins is worse. Fans all complaining about injuries and who was responsible for Chubb getting hurt (McDaniels or Fangio) and comparing this to the 1993 season when the dolphins were 9-3, Marino got hurt and they missed the playoffs. Not many Dolphins fans excited at all about this upcoming game. The Dolphins arent going to make the same mistake. Or I hope they do and do not put Jalen Ramsey on Diggs, that is why Diggs literally had a field day receiving. If Fangio is that stupid again I wont want to hear about was a defensive guru he is.

Do you wonder if the league is fixed?
RoyBatty is alive replied to The Red King's topic in The Stadium Wall
If the Bills are in the playoffs BEFORE the game starts on Sunday, that should be definitive proof the NFL is NOT FIXED. -
