  1. lf New Era has fulfilled their side of the contract, the other entity just can't break a contract for whatever reason. Then they should sue whatever entity is yanking the name from the for breach of contract and treble add damages as well.
  2. Also went to Saint Franics. I know they re-did the stadium big time but it sure beat the heck out of the glorified bleachers (provided by Snyder Tank) when I played there,.
  3. Stadiums will be passe soon, especially post Covid non-sense. Stadiums will turn into liabilities, like most shopping malls. "a member of the Cleveland Indians Strategy and Analytics team" I dont know how involved the Bills are in analytics but wonder if he will be heavily involved in it.
  4. LOL, Hardly. I am or was on the board and officer of those companies. I had to buy D&O insurance which was stupid expensive. Not only that as on officer of the Company in a regulated industry the burden you carry is greater than an average employee. I had to take numerous tests to operate and those tests are basically the Feds way of saying you know the rules and regulations, you have to prove that you followed the rules and since you passed the tests, ignorance of the law is no excuse. If I dont have physical proof i followed the law i can be fined big time and even sent to jail, including keeping all relevant correspondences, both electronic and paper for 7 years. It is like take a Texas Concealed Hand Gun license, you got next to no real rights (not already covered by the Castle Law) but the incremental legal burden on you is excessive.
  5. Really? So that is a universal truth is it? BS. I have formed companies in the past and not once did I do it to dodge personal liability.
  6. Has the self righteous Poloncranz decided to take part of his salary help those hurt by Covid layoffs...i think I know the answer. Typical grandstanding hypocrite politician.
  7. That is what I thought but that is an awfully bold statement. especially after reading how terrible a pass catcher he is in TDB.
  8. I love that movie and the song Pablo Picasso.
  9. What does Sanchez & J Allen mean when he says Knox is "easily top ten"? Top ten of what, NFL TEs?
  10. It is a very legit and "fair" list imo.
  11. I didnt imagine that, never said or intimated that. And yes a half a billion contract can easily effect a franchise with a value of $2.1 billion, if you can't "imagine" that, it is your problem.
  12. LOL Bro, who cares about 5 years from now.....so in the meantime it is fine for the Chiefs to keep spending millions annually on Mahomes,
  13. Not all but predominantly. Really, so how are the Sports Networks doing right now? Streaming and changing technologies are doing a number of conventional networks. What if there is no NFL this year?
  14. He WAS. That was before Sports effectively stopped and people stopped wanting to go with 75K of their favorite strangers in a stadium for 4 hours. So how is ESPN doing financially lately? QBs MIGHT be topping $75 million in 10 years or might be getting a fraction of that. This concept that football will never drop in popularity is historically and hopelessly naive. The risk of a 10 year deal is unbelievably risky right now.
  15. No one knows what the NFL is going to look like in 10 years. Most "fans" had adopted this mentality that there is no end in sight to the salary cap increasing every year which, certainly, under these new circumstances, is, imo lunacy.
  16. I dont see any reason why it wouldn't be considered legal.
  17. $500 million? If KC shelled out that much more then are absolutely crazy.
  18. Zero reason, really...more like $300 million reasons why or whatever % of the cap he will get. The endless era of every year NFL players getting more every inexorably could end in a heartbeat. The Sports Networks are financialy strapped right now and probably going to get worse, who in their right mind is going to want to shell out XYZ$ for a fooball ticket with 75K other people with COVID going around.
  19. I have heard both Terry and Kim talk and if either of them sounds dumb, is certainly isn't Kim. Kim is smart and savvy. How far she has gotten and grown into the job is pretty astounding, especially for a minority female in a male dominated sport. She is also excellent with the PR and the "human touch " with fans...she isn't all all unapproachable or think she is better than others. I give a lot of credit to Kim and am impressed bu her.
  20. No not at all. Every lottery ticket initially has "value", it CAN win you whatever, odds of you cashing in are way against you put it does have value. 6th round picks have some "value", the odds of getting a good players are 2 way against you but it is possible. In the Brady instance possibly the GOAT. So let me ask you a question, if 6th rounders have "no value" does that mean you stop watching the NFL draft after the fifth? Or you dont know who the Bill s pick in the 6th or 7th, and you could care less about any UDFA they sign. Is that accurate?
  21. he officially punted 5 times in college for ab average of 48 yards
  22. I think singing as an UDFA he would try and be ultra careful until he made the team at least.
