  1. No my takes are not rife with emotion such as yours apparently is. My takes use common sense. Hate to break you this news flash, the Bills are a BUSINESS and open to sale by the owner. So you cant treat him however you want to, never insinuated you couldn't. I could care zero how you want to treat him
  2. Why was it well deserved? If he wanted to buy them and move the team so be it. Then dont put the team up for sales if and only if you agree to leave it in WNY. Really isnt the fans decision, it was the Wilson family decision.
  3. I for one could care less and really dont blame him after all the cr*p he took for trying to buy the Bills.
  4. Yep, read my post 3 back. The term doesnt bother me at all BUT i think it might irritate/embarrass the organization. Trademark is one attempt to control its unauthorized spread.
  5. That is an awfully bold assumption on your part. Who knows, maybe they put in the trademark protection because the Bills organization DOESN"T like the image it portrays, like the drunks jumping on tables, maybe they did trademark the term so isn't plastered all over t-shirts and other paraphernalia.
  6. Go ahead, "be mad" all you want, no one is is saying you can't be mad and as far as "ripping" off a small business, the Pegulas paid a billion plus for the name and team. They aren't "ripping" anyone off, being smart business people. Since you want to be so outraged at them please start to boycott the team and organize others to do as well. Oh my, a poster here using common sense and not driven by emotion. I as well as shocked it took so long.
  7. Also some run blocking would be nice and a bona fide all down RB.
  8. Fans looking for another thing to be outraged over. Sorry folks, the NFL and teams are a business and yes, your protect the name Bills, the team would be foolish not to trademark it.. I wouldn't be surprised if they haven't already worked something out.
  9. "The best defenders in the league still give up occasional plays." Really? I had no idea at all, gee thanks. I was asked a question and gave an answer, if you think missing tackles and leaving receivers wide open for TDs is not a big deal, that is up to you. I never meant to insinuate Tre isnt a very good/great player, i simply said he has not been up to his historic level of play so for this year, just my opinion. I agree the D Line has been dreadful thus far this year. Look at the time Goof had in the second half compared to the onslaught J Allen was under. Except when they have 20? days between games like the Titans had.
  10. yeah not the best, i think all red is actually the worst
  11. Start with the mistackling 2nd half of Rams game and wide open TD by Kupp
  12. Depends upon the media. The loud sarcastic like Lebatard and Greenburg, yes I avoid them. And this board, i read about a 1/4 of the threads.
  13. Thanks for the stating the painfully obvious in a smug sarcastic tone....but you do you.
  14. I would argue the White has not been very good this year.
  15. Hope they all play so we can stop using White and Milano absence as "our excuse".
  16. I think you are dead right the blame rests with Heath Farwell, I question his credentials last year and assumed he would improve. The Special Teams play just further added on to the total Bill malaise they had through the entire game. And here we keep Andre Roberts as a special team returner and look at how terrible he played! We saw the first evidence of that last year when the Pats blocked a punt for an easy TD, the play was destined for failure before it was snapped, way too many men to block. Either special teams supposed ace Dimarco or Farwell should have called timeout before they snapped that ball, the block wasnt even close, multiple Pats could have blocked that. And Bojo did boom some punts, that goes with his MO, at other times he will muff them badly. He kicks them so far and in the middle of the field he outkicks our coverage, another special teams aspect for Farwell to work on.
  17. No the primary objective is to advance the NFL popularity and maximize $. As for schedules, they are codified, set up with very a fair & understandable system, granted Covid is a major problem but they are pushing this season forward "fairness" be damned.
  18. And Vradel, who was mentored by whom, knew exactly how far he could push it "within the rules".
  19. Accurate assessment. I also think the extended downtime by the Titans was a huge factor, they have been thinking about coming back for a long time and showing the rest of the league. I dont want to hear about the lack of practices they had. First of all we dont know how many "informal practices" they had and how many zoom meeting they have been doing. These guys are pros, not a high school team that desperately need more practice times. The Titans were better prepared and eager to get out there. The Bills have been getting jerked around as to if they game would happen and when. I thought it was very telling McDermott quickly said "no comment" to how he felt about the way the league handled it. He didnt want to use it as an excuse but I bet he is pissed about it. I would be if I were him.
  20. With our schedule and if we continue to play as badly as yesterday, then we go 9-7.
  21. Says a lot about our ST coaching which sucked last year and was supposed to improve this year.
  22. One week Josh Norman is the hero and Bills Idol...the next week they are laughing at him on national TV (the Jet Gasbag known as Greenburg).
  23. Yeah 34 yards makes more sense.
  24. 1) Extended rest by the Titans. 2) And no borderline Bills "home" field advantage.
  25. I agree 100%. The return looked like a team (the Bills) that had given up, one players that really looked like he tried to pursue him was the one and only Josh Allen. I also think Ford was there at the end.
