  1. I am not saying they were correct but the Bills absolutely tried to get a "real" quarterback in here. Why they moved up for JP Losman and why they landed Drew Bledsoe.
  2. Very gracious of you to give them the benefit of the doubt. I wil take the Dolphins 6 wins and the over all day long this season.
  3. Maybe 3 wins? Maybe? The play the Broncos Charges and Jets, there is "maybe 3" wins right there. Then the mighty Bengals. Then they play the Pats. That looks like 5 wins they will be favored and who knows what kind of team the Raiders will have by the end of December.
  4. As i wrote in another thread, Edelman has sucked this year. His route are sloppy, questionable hands, has lead to interception already and doesnt have his bromance with Brady anymore. I think this is his last year.
  5. Another good example is Flacco after his Super Bowl.
  6. Yeah it was very strange, almost his entire game was a brain seize but i think he did have one nice return late.
  7. Interesting. The much maligned Bojo doing well, thus far. Yeah just keep Andre Roberts out of the WR lineup and him letting a punt go deep and be downed was a mistake he shouldnt make with his experience.
  8. I agree with everything you write but Brady isnt missing Edleman this year, Edelman looks like garbage in his routes and his hands are suspect, certainly it doesnt help to go from Brady to a washed up Cam Newton but i think this will be Edelman's last year. Brady left when the going was good, he didnt even have to break up his Edelman bromance directly. The receivers he had in Boston are pitiful compared to what he has now.
  9. Yes i know about the line but seeking someone that recalls this play and knows what actually happened.
  10. If as you say the Bills beat the Pats and go 5-3 that would be 11-5 record..at that point i think the Bills would be thinking Super Bowl.
  11. I dont recall this. Does anyone else? How did a coach hurt a ref and why was said ref upset with the Bills sideline? And how did the Bills get an unsportsmanlike conduct call on that play, the Bills were on offense.
  12. Miami has an easier schedule and in reality is only one game behind and we still play them again to end the season, I wouldnt be shocked at all if that game determines who wins the AFC East.
  13. true but in reality a "makeup call " for that absurd "interception" that was called earlier on us.
  14. Between 2001-2019 there was. Wonder what happened? Dallas-Phily, LOL, a real marquis matchup there. Announcers are going to spend half the time trying to explain how bad both teams are.
  15. That snippet reads like something you would see here at TBD, like a Bills fan wrote it. Blame it on a certain ref crew. So the Pats have 15 total penalties and we have 21 in just 2 games. Who cares? The Pats are 2-4 and we are 5-2, I wil take the penalties and the record.
  16. Could be wore, I am stuck with the dreadful Texans games (and the good awful AFC south).nfl standings. At least when Bill O Brien was still in charge i enjoyed rooting against them.
  17. I thought Josh's answer which was tougher farming or NFL QB was excellent with good substantiation behind his comments, just not typical athletic blabbaer.
  18. Yeah, was not a great interview, much more entertainment versus any real value added. Josh is a smart guy, enjoyed his answers even to some non-sense.
  19. I think it was a college football game, i vaguely recall seeing this before.
  20. Yep, i expect the Pats rBs to get a lot of catches. In the Brady era the catching RBs were painful to watch get excessive YAC. Belichek might try to replicate that with Cam.
  21. Yep, I always hated that narrative, so overused and painfully cliche. How many games does the legendary bad weather of WNY really impact every year, maybe 2?
  22. Good point, I didn't see that Herron and Thuney were hurt. With the bad weather this could be a low scoring game.
  23. For once the Bills have a demonstrably better roster. This Sunday to me is going to be coaching staff versus coaching staff. It will be very interesting to see how Belichek attacks J Allen. On offense I think they have the personnel to run the ball down out throat, Could be a great chess match and a great litmus test for McDermott.
  24. True but it it a heck of a lot more than just a pay cut. Think about it, every year belichek was 95% certain Brady was the answer for the entire year, knew the offense inside and out, new the system and most of the staff year in and out. What an incredible advantage Bill had every single year.
