Yes probably the biggest mistake on personnel this year. The blunder leading up to Wyatt being traded was Quinton Spain, what a colossal bust for the Bills. Picked him up for three years and $15 million and in seven months he was cut. I thought we got Bates because he was versatile and could add some weight. I always wanted to see more of Bates. They need to decide if he is a guard or tackle and i think he actually had a few snaps at center.

That is hardly a universal thought down here amongst Texans fans. Most Texans fans might UNDERSTAND why he would want to get traded but very few want him to leave. There is a much greater percentage of Texans fans that want JJ Watt traded so he has a shot at a ring.

And they now going to compete against Trevor Lawrence for the next decade. They have good coahes they have to compete against, Reich, Vrable and Urban Meyer. The Marrone weak link is finally gone. The days of them slopping into a weak AFC South title are likely gone for a long, long time. I cant turn on any sorts radio in houston without non-stop Texans complaining...in a very schadenfruende manner I enjoy that.

I dont think the fan base hates Watson or blames him AT ALL. I dont know what triggered Watson, FINALLY. After the trading of Hopkins the rest was almost inevitable. Watson should have asked for a trade the next day and/or McNair should have fired O Brien.

Actually the player the fanbase respected and most WANTED the Texans to trade was JJ Watt last year, they wanted him to end his career with a winner. Watson on the other hand is the future, he goes the entire teams could be lucky to win a game next year.
